Senior Quality Control Technician

فرصة للعمل كأخصائي مراقبة جودة أول (Senior Quality Control Technician) في شركة Hitachi Energy بمنطقة الشرقية (الدمام)، السعودية. يتضمن الدور تنفيذ بروتوكولات الفحص الوارد بدقة، وتسجيل النتائج في SAP، وإدارة عمليات عدم المطابقة مع الموردين.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان بيئة آمنة من خلال تطبيق متطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE).
- إجراء الفحص البصري والأبعاد للأجزاء المشتراة والمواد والعينات والتجميعات.
- توثيق نتائج الفحص حسب المتطلبات.
- رفع أي انحرافات تُلاحظ أثناء الفحص الوارد إلى مهندس الجودة/مدير الجودة.
- إنشاء سجلات فحص الجودة وتطبيق العلامات البصرية على الأجزاء المفحوصة وفق الإجراءات.
- إنشاء تقارير عدم المطابقة ومتابعة حالتها.
- تسجيل وتتبع تراكم الفحص الوارد اليومي (IQC).
- الحفاظ على إمكانية تتبع المواد المكونة من حيث حالة الفحص.
- التعامل مع المواد وفق الإجراءات لمنع الخلط أو التلف أو الآثار الأخرى.
- تسجيل / تتبع المواد خلال عملية فحص الاستلام وإدخال البيانات في SAP.
- تسجيل المعاملات ونقل المواد إلى منطقة المواد المقبولة.
- إبلاغ نتائج الفحص إلى مهندسي الجودة والأشخاص المعنيين الآخرين.
- الرجوع إلى التحقق من دقة وثائق التجميع وقراءة الرسومات الهندسية.
- تنفيذ أي مشاريع أو مهام أخرى قد تُسند إليه.
- التعاون مع الإدارات الأخرى في اكتشاف الانحرافات وتحليل السبب الجذري وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- دعم تحليل الأعطال، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، والزيارات الميدانية، وإعداد التقارير وعمليات الجودة، واستخدام قالب A3 في التحليل.
- تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى تُسند من الإدارة لازمة للوفاء بمتطلبات الوظيفة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم في دورات فنية كهربائية أو ميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات.
- خلفية في مراقبة الجودة / ضمان الجودة.
- معرفة بقراءة الرسومات.
- مهارات في MS Office والحاسب الآلي.
- خبرة عملية في فحص المواد واستخدام أدوات القياس.
- مهارات التواصل باللغة الإنجليزية.
- القدرة على التأثير في التحسين المستمر واتخاذ القرارات وإدارة الوقت.

The opportunity

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Ensure a safe environment by implementing HSE requirements
- Conduct visual/dimensional inspection of purchased parts, materials, samples and assemblies
- Document inspection results as required
- Report to quality engineer /Quality manager on any deviations observed during incoming inspection
- Create quality inspection records, apply the visual indications on the inspected parts as per procedures
- Create Nonconformity reports and keeping track of the status
- Record and track daily IQC inspection backlog
- Maintain traceability of component materials as to inspection status
- Handle materials in accordance to procedures and prevent mix-ups, damage or other adverse effects.
- Log/track materials through receiving inspection process and SAP entries
- Record transactions and move materials to accepted material area
- Communicate inspection results to Quality engineers and other relevant persons.
- Refer to verify assembly documentation accuracy, read engineering drawings etc.
- Performs any other projects or duties that may be assigned.
- Collaborate with other departments for deviation detection, root cause analysis and correction measures implementation.
- Support failure analysis, trouble shooting, site visit, reporting & quality process, use A3 template in analysis
- Employee shall also carry out any tasks that are assigned by management necessary to fulfil the job requirements.
- Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical technical courses
- 3-5 Years’ experience
- Quality Control/Quality Assurance
- Knowledge to read drawings
- MS office and computer skills
- Hands on Inspection of material and use of tools to measurement
- English Communication skills
- Influencing Continuous Improvement and decision making and time Management.
