فرصة للانضمام إلى شركة Hitachi Energy في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، كمدير وحدة الخدمات المحلية للصحة والسلامة والبيئة (Local Service Unit HSE Manager). يتطلب الدور قيادة استباقية لتطوير وضمان ممارسات وبرامج العمل الآمنة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة المحلية، مع تعزيز ثقافة سلامة نموذجية والمساءلة عن الأداء العالي في مجالي السلامة والبيئة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التواصل مع جميع مبادرات وعمليات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة في جميع أنحاء المنظمة لضمان فهم موحد لها.
- تدريب وتوجيه ودعم المنظمة في قضايا الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إظهار التزام قوي بمعايير وإرشادات وأنظمة وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- مراقبة الامتثال لمتطلبات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة ومعالجة حالات عدم المطابقة وفقاً للإجراءات ذات الصلة.
- مساعدة وتوجيه جميع مستويات الإدارة والمشرفين والموظفين في الموقع لتنفيذ أنشطة الوقاية من الحوادث، بالإضافة إلى توفير واجهة مع المقاولين/العملاء عند الحاجة.
- دعم المديرين في منشأة التصنيع ومواقع الخدمة في تقييم مخاطر مساحات العمل ومهام العمل والأدوات وتنسيق المساحات المشتركة.
- طرح وتطوير والحفاظ على جودة مدخلات نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة الذي يلبي مواصفات ISO 45001 و ISO 14001.
- إجراء عمليات تدقيق السلامة والبيئة، والتحقيق في الحوادث والأسباب الجذرية، وإدخال الإجراءات التصحيحية والإشراف عليها.
- مراقبة وتطبيق المعايير التي تنشئها/تحافظ عليها الهيئات الخارجية، ودمجها ضمن أنظمة إدارة الصحة والسلامة الداخلية.
- تقديم التوجيه بشأن التدريب القائم على الكفاءة في مجالي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لجميع العاملين في المنظمة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح والإجراءات والمبادئ التوجيهية الخارجية والداخلية المطبقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (ويفضل أن تكون في الهندسة الكهربائية).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في وظائف ذات صلة بمجالي السلامة والبيئة.
- يفضل الحصول على شهادة CSP (أخصائي سلامة معتمد).
- فهم ممتاز لمعايير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في بيئة التصنيع ودور نظام السلامة في إدارة المخاطر الإجمالية للموقع.
- خبرة عملية (يدوية) في تطوير وإدارة أنظمة السلامة مع القدرة على التعمق في تفاصيل الموقع وتطوير حلول لمشكلات السلامة المعقدة.
- معرفة قوية بتشريعات OSHA الخاصة بمواقع التصنيع.
- مهارات ممتازة في التعامل مع الآخرين والقيادة.
- إجادة اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية تحدثاً وكتابة (مطلوب).

- Communicate all health and safety initiatives, processes and procedures throughout the organization to ensure all people have a common and uniform understanding.
- Train, coach and support the organization in health, safety and environmental issues.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment towards health, safety and environmental standards and guidelines, management systems and procedures.
- Monitor compliance of health, safety and environmental requirements and handle nonconformance issues according to relevant procedures.
- Assist and guide all levels of management, supervisors and employees on site to implement accident prevention activities plus where necessary provide interface to Contractors/Clients.
- Support the managers in the manufacturing facility and service sites in risk assessments of workspaces, work tasks, tools, and coordination of common spaces.
- Roll-out where necessary, initiate and maintain quality input of a health and safety management system which meets the ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 specifications.
- Carry out safety and environmental audits, investigate accidents and root causes, introduce, and supervise corrective actions.
- Monitor, communicate and apply standards created and/or maintained by external bodies, and integrate within internal health, safety management systems.
- Provide guidance on competency-based health, safety and environmental training for all persons throughout the organization.
- Responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required & preferably in Electrical.
- Minimum 5 Years of experience in relevant working experience in Safety and Environmental related positions.
- CSP certification is desirable.
- Excellent understanding of health, safety and environmental standards in manufacturing environment and the role a safety system plays in managing the overall risk profile of a site.
- Practical “hands-on” experience in developing and managing safety systems with the ability to dig into site specific details and develop solutions to complex safety issues.
- Strong knowledge about OSHA legislation for manufacturing sites.
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in both spoken & written in English & Arabic language is required.
