شركة AtkinsRéalis تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس سعودي في منطقة الرياض، ضمن مبادرات التوطين، لدعم المهام الفنية والإدارية في مشاريع الطرق والبنية التحتية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • دعم فرق الهندسة في مراجعة الرسومات والوثائق الفنية والتنسيق الميداني.
  • المساعدة في مراقبة تقدم أعمال البناء، وإعداد التقارير، والتحقق من الامتثال.
  • المشاركة في عمليات التفتيش والقياس ومراجعات الجودة والسلامة.
  • التنسيق مع المقاولين والاستشاريين والجهات المختصة في شؤون المشاريع.
  • دعم أنشطة التخطيط والجدولة وحساب الكميات أو أنشطة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة حسب القسم المحدد.
  • الحفاظ على وثائق المشروع والمساهمة في مخرجات الهندسة.
  • تطوير المهارات الهندسية من خلال التوجيه والبرامج التدريبية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة من 3 إلى 6 سنوات.
  • الالتزام بالتطوير المهني ضمن مشاريع البنية التحتية.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات تواصل قوية والعمل الجماعي والرغبة في التعلم.
  • الإلمام ببرامج الهندسة (AutoCAD، MS Office، Primavera) يعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Overview

This role is dedicated for Saudi Nationals under localization initiatives. The Engineer supports technical, site, and administrative tasks in road and infrastructure projects while gaining professional development and engineering exposure.

Your role

  • Support engineering teams in reviewing drawings, technical documents, and site coordination.
  • Assist in monitoring construction progress, preparing reports, and verifying compliance.
  • Participate in inspections, measurements, and quality/safety reviews.
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and authorities on project matters.
  • Support planning, scheduling, quantity take‑offs, or HSE activities depending on assigned department.
  • Maintain project documentation and contribute to engineering deliverables.
  • Develop engineering skills through mentorship and training programs.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field.
  • 3 - 6 years experience.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, and willingness to learn.
  • Familiarity with engineering software (AutoCAD, MS Office, Primavera) is a plus.
  • Commitment to professional development within infrastructure projects.
