يبحث AtkinsRéalis عن Senior Planning Engineer للعمل في الرياض. يجب أن يتمتع المرشح بخبرة إدارية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات، لضمان أداء وظيفة إدارة المشاريع بكفاءة عبر مؤسسة الاستشاري ومع الجهات الخارجية. يتطلب الدور خبرة قوية في المملكة العربية السعودية، مع خلفية صلبة في مشاريع البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والطرق السريعة والمرافق والجسور والسكك الحديدية وغيرها من مشاريع التطوير المدني الرئيسية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ وصيانة جداول زمنية تفصيلية للمشروع باستخدام أدوات مثل Primavera P6 أو MS Project.
- إنشاء جداول زمنية محملة بالموارد والتكاليف لضمان التوافق مع تقديرات الميزانية وتخطيط القوى العاملة.
- تتبع تقدم المشروع مقابل الجداول الأساسية، وإعداد منحنيات S والرسوم البيانية ومؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية الأخرى، والإبلاغ عن الانحرافات مع خطط التعافي.
- إجراء تحليل الجدول الزمني لتحديد أسباب التأخير، وتقييم تأثير المسار الحرج، ودعم مطالبات تمديد الوقت (EOT).
- التعاون مع مديري المشاريع ومهندسي الموقع والمقاولين من الباطن والمقاولين والعملاء لجمع البيانات والتحقق من التقدم وضمان الالتزام بالجدول الزمني.
- تحليل مخاطر المشروع المتعلقة بالجدولة واقتراح استراتيجيات التخفيف لتجنب التأخير والاضطرابات.
- ضمان امتثال جميع أنشطة التخطيط للمتطلبات التعاقدية والتنظيمية، مع الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لعمليات التدقيق والإغلاق.
- إجراء تفتيش ميداني منتظم للتحقق من التقدم الفعلي مقابل الأنشطة المخطط لها وتعديل الجداول وفقًا لذلك.
- استخدام أدوات التخطيط المتقدمة مثل Primavera P6 وMS Project وExcel لتطوير الجداول والتحديثات وإعداد التقارير.
- التوصية بتحسينات عمليات التخطيط واعتماد أدوات جديدة والبقاء على اطلاع بأفضل الممارسات والمنهجيات الصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال التخطيط والتحكم (Planning and Controls) مع خلفية قوية في PMC.
- خبرة واسعة في مشاريع البنية التحتية بما في ذلك الطرق والطرق السريعة والجسور والمرافق والسكك الحديدية والمطارات وغيرها من الأعمال المدنية الكبرى.
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية، بالإضافة إلى شهادة PMP وشهادات أخرى ذات صلة بمراقبة المشاريع.
- خبرة جيدة في العمل في المملكة العربية السعودية، ويفضل في مشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق.

The Senior Planning Engineer, must have a minimum of 10 years' management experience, ensure that the project management function operates efficiently across the Consultant's'organization and with external stakeholders. The role requires strong KSA experience, with a solid background in infrastructure projects including roads, highways, utilities, bridges, rail, and other major civil infrastructure developments.
Your role
- Project Planning and Scheduling.
- Develop, implement, and maintain detailed project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
- Create resource-loaded and cost-loaded schedules to ensure alignment with budget forecasts and manpower planning.
- Track project progress against baseline schedules, prepare S-curves, histograms, and other KPIs, and report deviations with recovery plans.
- Conduct schedule analysis to identify delay causes, assess critical path impacts, and support Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
- Collaborate with project managers, site engineers, subcontractors, contractors, and clients to gather data, validate progress, and ensure schedule adherence.
- Analyze project risks related to scheduling and propose mitigation strategies to avoid delays and disruptions.
- Ensure all planning activities comply with contractual and regulatory requirements, maintaining accurate records for audits and closeouts.
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify actual progress against planned activities and adjust schedules accordingly.
- Utilize advanced planning tools like Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel for schedule development, updates, and reporting.
- Recommend improvements to planning processes, adopt new tools, and stay updated on industry best practices and methodologies.
- With at least 10 years of experience in Planning and Controls with a strong PMC background.
- Extensive infrastructure project experience including roads, highways, bridges, utilities, rail, airports, and other major civil works.
- Must have a Degree in Civil Engineering; PMP Certified and other Project Controls related certifications.
- Must have good experience working in Saudi Arabia, preferably on large-scale infrastructure projects.
