Job Purpose: 

Responsible for managing the inventory and procurement of biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials necessary for healthcare facilities. This role requires meticulous organization, attention to detail, and an understanding of biomedical equipment and supplies warehouse management.

Key Responsibilities and Duties: 

1. Manages day-to-day administration of stock and inventory control for biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials.
2. Maintains accurate records of all biomedical equipment, supplies, and materials in stock, ensuring data integrity.
3. Monitors inventory levels regularly and re-orders supplies as needed to ensure adequate stock levels and avoid shortages.
4. Implements and enforces inventory control measures to minimize waste, reduce costs, and optimize stock management.
5. Conducts regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock with electronic records and reports.
6. Performs file backup tasks to ensure proper storage and archiving of electronic inventory registers.
7. Receives, circulates, and accurately records all incoming and outgoing accessories, spare parts, and other biomedical items.
8. Ensures a sequential numbering system for all outgoing correspondence related to inventory management.
9. Ensures that all correspondence reaches the appropriate department and is properly recorded for tracking purposes.
10. Maintains and updates related document as needed.
11. Follows up on pending documents, ensuring timely exchange of original records as required.
12. Contacts suppliers and companies to request quotations, ensuring that procurement needs are met with competitive pricing.
13. Other duties as assigned within the scope of the job.

Experience: 2 years of experience in inventory management or stock control, preferably in a healthcare or biomedical equipment environment.

Education: Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Biomedical or a related field.

Language: Fluency in English and prefer Arabic
