تعلن شركة Wood، الرائدة عالمياً في الاستشارات والهندسة والعمليات لقطاعي الطاقة والمواد، عن توفر وظيفة Senior Planning Engineer في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير الجدول الزمني للمشروع وتحديد المعالم الرئيسية المتفق عليها في العقد.
- إعداد وتسليم جداول المشروع الأساسية المحملة بالموارد.
- إنتاج كافة خطط المشروع والمستندات المرتبطة بها مثل منحنيات S، المدرجات التكرارية، وبيانات الساعات/التقدم.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم الأسبوعية والشهرية المطلوبة للمشروع.
- تقديم تحليل لأداء التقدم والجدول الزمني بما في ذلك الإنتاجية والمسار الحرج.
- تزويد فريق المشروع بمعلومات التخطيط وإعداد التقارير ذات الصلة.
- ضمان مطابقة جميع الخدمات والتسليمات لخطة الجودة والسياسات والمتطلبات والمعايير الخاصة بالشركة والعميل والمشروع.
- تحديث الجداول الزمنية دورياً لتشمل تغييرات النطاق وآخر معلومات التقدم والتسليم.
- المساعدة في إعداد إشعارات التغيير من خلال إبراز الأثر على الجدول الزمني والمشاركة في تتبع وإعادة تحديد الأساس.
- الحصول على قوائم التسليمات والرسومات والتحديثات من التخصصات وتوزيع التقارير المجمعة.
- ضمان اطلاع فريق المشروع بشكل كامل على أهداف المشروع في جميع الأوقات.
- تقديم توقعات للتعافي وفقاً للخطة عند الحاجة.
- تعزيز علاقات العمل الجيدة داخل فرق التحكم بالمشروع وأقسام المشروع الأخرى وممثلي العميل.
- ضمان تنفيذ جميع أعمال التخطيط وفقاً للإجراءات المؤسسية والخاصة بالمشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحصول على درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة (إلزامي).
- خبرة إجمالية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في بيئة شركة هندسية مماثلة.
- إتقان استخدام برنامج Primavera P6.
- القدرة على إنشاء وإدارة جداول مشاريع EPC.
- معرفة معايير وإجراءات أرامكو السعودية.
- خبرة في معايير SAEP-331.
- خبرة عملية تطبيقية في التخطيط والجدولة.
- القدرة على إعداد وتحديث جداول المستوى II/III المحملة بالموارد.
- فهم وتطبيق نظرية التخطيط والعمليات وأفضل الممارسات.
- القدرة على تطوير والحفاظ على أهداف الأداء.
- خبرة في أدوات التحكم بالمشاريع والتخطيط.
- معرفة ببرامج جداول البيانات وقواعد البيانات.
- روح الفريق مع الرغبة في مشاركة الأفكار مع أعضاء الفريق متعددي التخصصات.
- القدرة على التواصل مع جميع المستويات حتى الإدارة العليا.
- مهارات جيدة في التواصل الشخصي والكتابي والشفوي.
- مهارات عددية وتحليلية ومحو أمية قوية مع اهتمام كبير بالتفاصيل.

- Responsible for the development schedule to indicate specific milestones agreed upon in the Contract.
- Responsible for the development and delivery of the resource loaded, robust baseline project schedules.
- Produce of all project plans and associated documents (“S” curves, Histograms, tabulated man hour / progress data).
- Prepare the required weekly and monthly progress reports for the project.
- Provide analysis of the progress and schedule performance including productivity and critical path.
- Provide the Project Team with the relevant planning and reporting information.
- Ensure that all services and deliverables conform to Company, Client and Project QA Plan, policies, requirements and standards.
- Periodically updating schedules to include scope changes, latest progress and delivery information.
- Assisting with development of change notifications by highlighting impact on schedule and assist with related tracking and re-baselining effort.
- Obtaining deliverables and drawing lists and updates from disciplines and distribute compiled reports.
- Ensure that, at all times, the project team are fully aware of The Project targets.
- Provide forecast for recovery to the plan where required.
- Promote good working relationship within the Project Controls Teams and other project departments and client representatives.
- Ensure all planning work is carried out in compliance with Corporate and Project specific procedures.

Expected
- Degree in Engineering is a must.
- Minimum overall relevant experience 10 years.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience within a similar Engineering Company environment.
- Experienced user of Primavera P6.
- Able to create and manage EPC project schedules.
- Knowledge of ARAMCO standards and procedures.
- Expertise in SAEP-331 standards
- Practical applied experience in planning and scheduling.
- Ability to prepare and update Level II/III resource-loaded schedules
- Understands and applies planning theory, process, and best practices.
- Capable of the development and maintaining of performance targets.
- Expertise on project controls and planning tools.
- Knowledge of spreadsheets and databases.
- Team player with a willingness to share ideas with multi-disciplinary team members.
- Able to communicate with all levels up to top management.
- Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Good numerical, analytical and literacy skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Possess good planning and organizational skills and be accustomed to meeting tight deadlines.
