نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى أخصائي الصحة والسلامة والبيئة مسؤولية ضمان سلامة الأفراد والبيئة من خلال المساعدة في تنفيذ ومراقبة برامج وممارسات HSE 360. يعمل بشكل وثيق مع مدير الصحة والسلامة والبيئة لتحديد وتقييم المخاطر المحتملة، وتطوير بروتوكولات السلامة، وتوعية الموظفين بممارسات العمل الآمنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التنسيق والدعم في تطوير وتنفيذ برامج وسياسات HSE 360.
- صيانة وتحديث وثائق وسجلات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش وتقييم مخاطر للمرافق والمعدات.
- التحقيق في حوادث ومخالفات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة والإبلاغ عنها.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات والتأثير في التغيير الإيجابي.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري لإدارة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
- التنسيق وضمان إدارة الوثائق وإدخال بيانات ملفات HSE ضمن أنظمة المعلومات المختلفة كجزء من شهادات ISO 45001.
- التأكد من تحديث ملفات HSE بشكل دوري.
- تخطيط وتنسيق ومراقبة أنشطة HSE.
- توفير الخدمات اللوجستية ومتابعة جداول أنشطة HSE: التدريب، التدقيق الداخلي والخارجي، التفتيش الداخلي/الخارجي، مراجعة إدارة HSE، إلخ.
- تحديث مؤشرات أداء HSE ومؤشرات الامتثال.
- أي مهام أخرى ذات صلة يكلف بها من قبل الإدارة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور أخصائي HSE أو ما يعادله.
- شهادة NEBOSH IGC 1+2، OSHA أو IOSH Managing Safely، وشهادة ISO 45001 أو ما يعادلها.
- معرفة بصناعة التصنيع (ميزة مهمة).
- إتقان مجموعة Microsoft Office (Word، Excel، PowerPoint، Outlook).
المهارات المطلوبة
- احترافية، واسع الحيلة، مستقل، وحذر.
- روح فريق ممتازة والتركيز على المهام.
- القدرة على تعدد المهام ومعالجة عدة ملفات في وقت واحد مع تحديد الأولويات.
- حسن التقدير وقدرة تحليلية جيدة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة مع مجموعة واسعة من الأفراد.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية كتابة وتحدثاً.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The HSE Specialist is responsible for ensuring the safety of individuals and the environment by assisting in the implementation and monitoring of HSE 360 programs and practices. He/She will work closely with the HSE Manager to identify and assess potential hazards, develop safety protocols, and educate staff on safe work practices
Key Responsibilities
RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILTY & AUTHORITY:
- Coordinate and support in the development and implementation of HSE 360 programs and policies.
- Maintain and update HSE documentation and records.
- Perform HSE inspections and hazard assessments of facilities and equipment.
- Investigate and report HSE incidents and violations.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence positive change.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and incident investigation techniques.
- Provide administrative support to the health, Safety, and environment department.
- Coordinate and ensure document management and data entry of HSE files under various information systems as part of the ISO 45001 certifications.
- Regularly ensure updates are made to the HSE files.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor HSE activities.
- Provide logistics and follow the schedules of HSE activities: training, internal and external audit, internal / external inspection, HSE Management Review, etc.
- Update of HSE performance and compliance indicators.
- Any other related tasks as required by management.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HSE Specialist or similar role.
- NEBOSH IGC 1+2 - OSHA or IOSH Managing Safely. ISO 45001 or equivalent certificates,
- Knowledge of the manufacturing industry (an important asset);
- Mastering of the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Is professional, resourceful, autonomous, and discreet.
- Demonstrates an excellent team spirit and is task focused.
- Capable of multitasking and handling several files at once while prioritizing them.
- Demonstrates good judgement and a good sense of analysis.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and capable of communicating effectively with a wide range of individuals.
- Excellent English language both written and spoken.
