تعلن شركة NOV عن وظيفة مشرف مواد (Materials Supervisor) في المنطقة الشرقية، رأس الخير، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقييم مستمر لعمليات وأساليب المجموعة لضمان الاستخدام الأكثر فعالية للموارد والمعدات.
- الإشراف اليومي على تنفيذ مهام الموظفين، بما في ذلك التدريب وتقييم الأداء والعلاقات مع الموظفين.
- الحفاظ على شبكة موثوقة ومعتمدة من الموردين لدعم استراتيجية جميع المكونات والسلع الأساسية بأفضل تكلفة عملية وضمن إرشادات السعر والخدمة والجودة والتسليم.
- ترشيد قاعدة الموردين والإشراف عليها استراتيجيًا؛ تطوير تحالفات رئيسية مع الموردين؛ تنفيذ ومراقبة والحفاظ على برامج شراء فعالة؛ توسيع أو تقليص قاعدة الموردين حسب الحاجة.
- تقليل الوقت غير المضيف للقيمة داخل شركة ARM وكذلك داخل عمليات الموردين، والعمل على تقليل أوقات التصنيع قدر الإمكان.
- تطوير خطط استراتيجية للشراء للسلع المخصصة كمسؤوليات أساسية.
- وضع مبادئ توجيهية وسياسات للشراء لضمان الامتثال لنظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) الخاص بالشركة.
- الإشراف على دقة المخزون والوثائق.
- الحفاظ على ديناميكية مزيج المنتجات من خلال التحليل والتنبؤ.
- ضمان تطبيق السياسات والإجراءات الخاصة بالشركة والالتزام بها في جميع الأوقات.
- الامتثال لجميع سياسات وإجراءات شركة ARM والسلامة والصحة والبيئة (HSE).
- أداء المهام الأخرى ذات الصلة بالعمل حسب التكليف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في دور مماثل.
- خبرة إدارية/إشرافية مثبتة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- يتطلب استخدام نظام ERP الخاص بشركة ARM بشكل مكثف.
- خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز وفهم المصطلحات ذات الصلة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم متين لأنظمة إدارة سلسلة التوريد والمخزون.
- معرفة متقدمة بعمليات التنبؤ وإعداد الميزانيات.
- مهارات تواصل وقيادة ممتازة.
- عقلية تحليلية مع قدرات متميزة في حل المشكلات.
- إجادة استخدام برامج MS Office.

JOB DESCRIPTION
- Provide continual evaluation of the group's processes and methods, to ensure the most effective use of resources and equipment.
- Provide day-to-day supervision of employee job execution, to include training, performance evaluation and employee relations.
- Maintain a reliable and competitively approved supplier network to support the strategy for all critical components and commodities at the best practical cost and within the guidelines of price, service, quality, and delivery.
- Strategically rationalize and supervise the supplier base; develop key supplier alliances; implement, monitor, and maintain effective procurement programs; expand or consolidate the supplier base as needed.
- Actively reduce non-value-added time within ARM as well as within the process of our suppliers, drive lead-times down where possible.
- Develop procurement strategic plans for those commodities that are assigned as primary responsibilities.
- Initiate purchasing guidelines and policies to ensure compliance with company QMS.
- Oversee inventory accuracy and documentation.
- Maintain dynamic of product mix through analysis and forecast.
- Ensure that company policies and procedures are being enforced and adhered to at all times.
- Comply with all ARM Company and HSE policies and procedures.
- Perform other work-related tasks as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in supplychain or relevant field.
Experience Required
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
- Proven managerial / supervisory experience is a bonus.
- This person will be required to heavily utilize the ARM ERP system.

- Solid understanding of supply chain and inventory management systems.
- Advanced knowledge of forecasting and budgeting processes.
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
- Analytical mind with excellent problem-solving abilities.
