شركة NOV (National Oilwell Varco) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة لحام (Welder) في المنطقة الشرقية - رأس الخير، السعودية.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • قراءة إجراءات اللحام وفهم عملية اللحام.
  • لحام FCAW للمفاصل الأولية للأجزاء الهيكلية والأنابيب وفقًا لـ WPS ومعايير AWS D1.1 و ASME Section IX.
  • إجراء إصلاحات اللحام (إن وجدت) وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة.
  • تنفيذ تدابير التحكم في التشوه أثناء نشاط اللحام.
  • طحن وتفريغ وتنظيف قطع العمل واللحامات لتلبية متطلبات الفحص البصري المقبولة.
  • القدرة على استخدام مختلف أجهزة قياس اللحام وشرائط القياس والأدوات.
  • ضمان نظافة مكان العمل والمعدات.
  • أداء مهام أخرى حسب التكليف.
  • الامتثال لإجراءات نظام إدارة الجودة (QMS) وتعليمات العمل.
  • المساهمة في تحسين الجودة والأنشطة الرئيسية للقسم أو المنطقة.
  • أداء جميع المهام بأمان وفقًا لسياسة الصحة والسلامة والبيئة (HSE) ودليل الموظف والإجراءات والتدريبات.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • الحد الأدنى من التعليم: ثانوية عامة مع خبرة ذات صلة، أو شهادة ITI أو دبلوم في اللحام.
  • شهادات تأهيل أداء اللحام لعمليات FCAW و GMAW.
  • أي مؤهل إضافي أعلى يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 4-6 سنوات في لحام الهياكل والأنابيب في صناعة التصنيع الثقيل باستخدام عملية FCAW (إلزامي).

المهارات المطلوبة

  • القدرة على اللحام بعمليات FCAW و GMAW على الفولاذ الهيكلي.
  • القدرة على قراءة وتفسير إجراءات اللحام.
  • القدرة على قراءة المخططات والرسومات وتفسير متطلبات اللحام.
  • القدرة على إنتاج لحامات من نوع PJP و CJP و 6G عالية الجودة على معادن مثل الكربون والفولاذ المقاوم للصدأ وسبائك الفولاذ.
  • امتلاك معرفة تقنية سليمة بعمليات اللحام والتفريغ.
  • القدرة على اجتياز اختبار تأهيل اللحام من طرف ثالث في جميع الأوضاع.
  • معرفة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثًا وكتابة (جميع الإجراءات والنماذج باللغة الإنجليزية).
  • خبرة في أدوات اللحام والتفريغ (مواقد الغاز، آلات الطحن، آلات اللحام والتفريغ).
  • خبرة في إعداد آلة اللحام، التعامل مع غازات التدريع، التحكم في المواد الاستهلاكية، والتعامل الآمن مع الأدوات الكهربائية.
  • مهارات تواصل جيدة.

Primary Responsibilities

 JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Read Welding procedures and understand welding process.
  • FCAW Welding of primary joints of structural items and piping as per WPS, qualified to AWS D1.1 and ASME Section IX.
  • Attending the weld repair (if any) as per the procedure
  • Implementing the distortion control measures during welding activity
  • Grinding, Gouging and cleaning/Dress up of the work pieces & welds to the acceptable visual inspection requirements.
  • Capable to use various welding gauges and measuring tapes/instruments.
  • Ensure clean workplace and equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Education/Qualifications

  • Education: Min. High School with relevant experience or Welding ITI/ Diploma certification.
  • Certificate/Qualification Records of welder performance qualification of various welding processes: FCAW & GMAW.
  • Any additional qualification above this will be added advantage

Experience Required

  • Min. 4-6 years’ experience in structural & piping welding in heavy fabrication industry with FCAW process (Mandatory)

Key Competencies & Skills

  • Capable to weld with “FCAW & GMAW’’ process on structural steels.
  • Capable to read and interpret welding procedures.
  • Capable to read blueprints/drawings and interpret welding requirements.
  • Capable to produce PJP, CJP & 6G quality welds on various metals like carbon steel, stainless steel and alloy steels.
  • Shall have sound technical knowledge welding & gouging processes.
  • Should be able to qualify third party welding qualification test in All position.
  • Must have the knowledge of English speaking and writing (as all our procedures and forms in English).
  • Expertise knowledge in tools required for welding and gouging (Gas burners, Grinding machines, welding/ gouging machines).
  • Expert in welding machine setup, handling of shielding gases, consumable control and safe handling of power tools
  • Good communications skills

Quality Assurance

  • Carry out all duties in accordance with the QMS procedures and Work Instructions.
  • Contribute to general improvements in the quality and key activities of the department/area.

Health, Safety and Environment

  • Carry out all duties safely and in accordance with the Health & Safety Policy, Employee Handbook, procedures, training, and instructions.
  • To be safety conscious and report any safety hazards to the HSE representative.
