المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم القيادة التقنية الاستراتيجية والتوجيه عبر مشاريع البنية التحتية الكبرى خلال مرحلة الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- العمل كمرجع تقني أعلى، وضمان الامتثال لمواصفات المشاريع والمعايير الصناعية والمتطلبات التنظيمية.
- قيادة المراجعات الفنية، وتنسيق التصميم، وتقييمات قابلية الإنشاء، والحلول الهندسية للتحديات المعقدة في المشاريع.
- دعم مدراء المشاريع ومديري المشاريع لتسليم مشاريع سليمة تقنياً وناجحة تجارياً.
- الإشراف على فرق الهندسة والإشراف على الإنشاءات متعددة التخصصات، وضمان الاتساق والجودة عبر مخرجات المشاريع.
- مراجعة واعتماد المقدمات الفنية والتقارير والمنهجيات ووثائق المشاريع الرئيسية.
- التواصل مع العملاء والمقاولين والجهات الرسمية وأصحاب المصلحة في الأمور الفنية وتقديم المشورة المتخصصة عند الحاجة.
- دفع الابتكار والتحسين المستمر وتبني أفضل الممارسات عبر المشاريع والفرق.
- توجيه وتطوير المحترفين الفنيين، وتعزيز ثقافة التميز التقني وتبادل المعرفة.
- دعم أنشطة تطوير الأعمال، بما في ذلك المقترحات الفنية وعروض المناقصات وعروض العملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة المدنية أو تخصص هندسي ذي صلة (يفضل درجة الماجستير).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً في مجالات هندسة البنية التحتية والإشراف على الإنشاءات وتسليم المشاريع.
- خبرة مثبتة في القيادة التقنية لمشاريع البنية التحتية واسعة النطاق، بما في ذلك النقل والطرق والمرافق والمياه أو مشاريع التطوير الحضري.
- فهم قوي لمبادئ التصميم الهندسي ومنهجيات الإنشاء وتسليم المشاريع وممارسات الإشراف على الإنشاءات.
- خبرة واسعة في إدارة فرق تقنية متعددة التخصصات والتنسيق مع مختلف أصحاب المصلحة.
- يفضل بشدة الخبرة العملية في بيئات الاستشارات الهندسية الدولية.
- يفضل بقوة الخبرة في مشاريع دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي والمملكة العربية السعودية.
- يفضل بشدة الحصول على عضوية مهنية معتمدة (Chartership) أو اعتماد مهني مكافئ.

About The Role
We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced professionals for a Technical Director - Construction Supervision role for upcoming major infrastructure projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic technical leadership and direction across major infrastructure projects during the construction supervision phase
- Serve as the senior technical authority, ensuring compliance with project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
- Lead technical reviews, design coordination, constructability assessments, and engineering solutions to complex project challenges
- Support Project Directors and Project Managers in delivering technically sound and commercially successful projects
- Oversee multidisciplinary engineering and construction supervision teams, ensuring consistency and quality across project deliverables
- Review and approve technical submissions, reports, methodologies, and key project documentation
- Interface with clients, contractors, authorities, and stakeholders on technical matters and provide expert advice when required
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and the adoption of best practices across projects and teams
- Mentor and develop technical professionals, fostering a culture of technical excellence and knowledge sharing
- Support business development activities, including technical proposals, bid submissions, and client presentations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering discipline (Master’s Degree preferred)
- Minimum 20+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, construction supervision, and project delivery roles
- Proven experience providing technical leadership on large-scale infrastructure projects, including transportation, roads, utilities, water, or urban development projects
- Strong understanding of engineering design principles, construction methodologies, project delivery, and construction supervision practices
- Extensive experience managing multidisciplinary technical teams and coordinating with diverse stakeholders
- Experience working within international consultancy environments is highly desirable
- GCC and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia project experience is strongly preferred
- Professional registration, Chartership, or equivalent industry accreditation is highly advantageous
