المهام والمسؤوليات
- التعاون مع فرق متعددة التخصصات لتطوير وتنفيذ حلول الروبوتات.
- إدارة تكامل الأنظمة واختبار منصات الروبوتات من المصنعين الأصليين (OEM) باستخدام حزم SDK مع أنظمة Yokogawa.
- تقييم ودمج الأنظمة الخارجية (أجهزة/برمجيات) مع أنظمة Yokogawa.
- استكشاف تقنيات جديدة تتماشى مع متطلبات العملاء وحالات الاستخدام الجديدة في مجال الروبوتات، ووضع منهجية ومقترحات للتجارب الأولية.
- التعاون مع مختلف مصنعي الروبوتات (OEMs) لتحديد نطاق تكامل البيانات، وإجراء التجارب الميدانية، واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها، وتحسين منصات الروبوتات المستقلة.
- تقديم الدعم الفني للمشغلين الميدانيين وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- إجراء دراسات الجدوى لتنفيذ الروبوتات وتقييم القيمة المضافة للعملاء من خلال تبني تقنيات الروبوتات.
- القيام بمسح المواقع مع تقييم المخاطر الميدانية ووضع خطط تنفيذ مناسبة لحلول الروبوتات.
- مواكبة أحدث التطورات في مجال الروبوتات وتقنيات التفتيش الميداني (مثل IIoT - إنترنت الأشياء الصناعي).
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في الروبوتات/الميكاترونكس، أو الهندسة الكهربائية/الإلكترونية، أو مجال مشابه.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنفيذ الروبوتات الميدانية، والتفتيش باستخدام الروبوتات، ودمج منصات الروبوتات باستخدام حزم SDK الخاصة بالمصنعين الأصليين.
- خبرة في تنفيذ/إجراء تجارب أولية مع منصات روبوتات التفتيش المستقلة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والعمل مع فرق متعددة التخصصات.
- خبرة في قطاع النفط والغاز و/أو المرافق العامة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان لغات البرمجة مثل Python و C++ و MATLAB وغيرها.
- خبرة مثبتة في استخدام أدوات وبيئات محاكاة الروبوتات (مثل ROS و ROS 2) وخوارزميات SLAM.
- الإلمام بسير العمل المعتمد على Git.
- معرفة قوية بأحدث تطورات الذكاء الاصطناعي، مع خبرة في تدريب نماذج AI واختيار البيانات، وإتقان Python لمهام AI والتكامل.
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة الروبوتات (الأجهزة - مثل ExRobotics، Boston Dynamics، ANYBotics، MHI، Taurob، Deep Robotics وغيرها)، بما في ذلك الحمولات الاستشعارية ومعايير السلامة (تصنيفات المناطق الخطرة).
- الإلمام بجوانب شبكات الاتصالات الخاصة بالروبوتات - 4G، 5G، البنية التحتية المحلية/السحابية وغيرها.
- معرفة أنظمة Linux.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية تحدثاً وكتابة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتواصل لشرح المفاهيم التقنية لغير المختصين.
- الإلمام ببرامج CAD و SolidWorks وغيرها.
- الإلمام بمفاهيم الصناعة 4.0 وإنترنت الأشياء (IoT).

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for the development and implementation of robotics solutions.
- Handle system integration and testing of robotic OEM platforms (using SDKs) with Yokogawa Systems.
- Evaluate and integrate third-party systems (HW/SW) to Yokogawa Systems.
- Explore new technologies in line with customer requirement/ new use cases on robotics and develop a pilot trial methodology/ proposal.
- Collaboration with various robotics OEMs to scope out data integration, perform site trials, troubleshooting and improvements on autonomous robotics platforms.
- Provide technical support to field operators and other stakeholders.
- Conduct feasibility studies for robotics implementation and value add for customers with adoption of robotics technologies.
- Carry out site survey with field risk assessment and develop appropriate implementation plans for robotics solutions.
- Need to be up to date with the latest advancements in robotics and field inspection technologies. (ex. IIoT)
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics / Mechatronics, Electrical/ Electronic or similar fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field robotics implementation, robotics inspections, and integration of robotics platforms using OEM SDKs.
- Experience on implementation/pilot trials with autonomous inspection robotics platforms.
- Experience in project management working with interdisciplinary teams
- Experience in Oil & Gas and/or Utilities.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, MATLAB etc.
- Proven experience with robotics simulation tools and environments (e.g. ROS, ROS 2) , SLAM Algorithms etc.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows
- Strong knowledge of the latest AI developments, with experience in AI training, data selection, and proficiency in Python for AI tasks and integration.
- Strong knowledge of robotics systems (hardware - example ExRobotics, Boston Dynamics, ANYBotics, MHI, Taurob, Deep Robotics etc), including sensor payloads and safety standards (hazardous area classifications).
- Familiar with robot communication networking aspects - 4G,5G, On-premises/Cloud infrastructure etc.
- Knowledge of Linux Systems
- Proficiency in spoken and written English
- Strong problem-solving skills and communication skills to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with CAD, SolidWorks etc.
- Familiar with Industry 4.0 and IoT
