Job Purpose:

Responsible for installation, assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of trailer braking systems to ensure all brake components are fitted according to drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and assemble complete trailer brake systems including:
• Air brake chambers
• Brake valves
• ABS/EBS systems
• Air lines and fittings
• Brake pipes and hoses
• Slack adjusters and related components
• Perform brake system installation as per technical drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct air leakage tests and brake performance tests.
• Adjust and calibrate brake systems to ensure proper operation.
• Troubleshoot brake system faults and rectify issues before PDI.
• Inspect brake components for correct installation, routing, and connections.
• Coordinate with QC team during inspection and testing.
