We're hiring Training and Development Manager (Food & Beverage sector )

The company:

It is a Saudi-based hospitality and food & beverage company established in 2010. It specializes in developing and operating F&B concepts, managing international franchises, and creating high-quality dining and customer experiences. The company also has a strong focus on events, celebrations, and catering services, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, service excellence, and business growth.

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (multi-branch travel may be required)

Reports to: Brand Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver on-boarding programs for new hires
• Develop and maintain SOPs and training manuals for brand standards
• Roll out training for new menu items and service standards
• Conduct training needs assessments across branches
• Coach and evaluate staff performance against brand standards
• Track training KPIs (completion, performance, retention impact)
• Manage food safety/HACCP certification tracking for staff
• Ensure consistent brand execution across all Restaurants locations

Key Requirements

• 3-5+ years' experience in F&B training & development
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and presentation skills
• Experience building SOPs and training materials from scratch
• Bilingual Arabic/English required
• Working knowledge of restaurant operations (FOH and BOH)
• Food safety/HACCP certification is a plus
