Security Supervisor (Saudi National Only)

ينضم منتجع فاينا - البحر الأحمر (Faena The Red Sea) - العضو في شبكة أكور (Accor) - إلى فريق عمله ويبحث عن مشرف أمن (للسعوديين فقط) للإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية وضمان سلامة الضيوف والموظفين وممتلكات المنتجع، مع الحفاظ على معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على العمليات الأمنية اليومية في مناطق المنتجع المخصصة.
- قيادة ومراقبة حراس الأمن أثناء الدوريات والمناوبات وتوزيع المهام.
- ضمان التحكم السليم في جميع نقاط الدخول والمناطق المقيدة.
- مراقبة أنظمة CCTV وأنظمة الإنذار والمعدات الأمنية لكشف الحوادث والاستجابة لها.
- الاستجابة الفورية للحوادث الأمنية والاضطرابات وحالات الطوارئ.
- توثيق الحوادث بدقة ورفعها إلى مدير الأمن عند الحاجة.
- إجراء تفتيش دوري لمباني المنتجع لتحديد مخاطر السلامة أو الأمن.
- تنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات الأمن ومعايير التحكم في الدخول.
- المساعدة في ترتيبات الأمن الخاصة بكبار الضيوف عند الحاجة.
- دعم إجراءات السيطرة على الحشود والسلامة خلال الفعاليات وفترات الذروة والعمليات الخاصة.
- التنسيق مع الأقسام الأخرى (مكتب الاستقبال، الهندسة، التدبير المنزلي) لاحتياجات الأمن التشغيلية.
- ضمان التسليم السليم بين المناوبات وتسجيل السجلات بدقة.
- إجراء جلسات توعية (toolbox talks) وإيجازات لأفراد الأمن في بداية المناوبات.
- التأكد من أن جميع أفراد الأمن يلتزمون بمظهرهم اللائق وتدريبهم ومعايير الأداء.
- المساعدة في حالات الطوارئ بما في ذلك الإخلاء والتدريبات.
- مراقبة دخول المقاولين والموردين والزوار لضمان الامتثال لإجراءات الأمن.
- الحفاظ على السرية والاحترافية في جميع الأمور المتعلقة بالضيوف والعمليات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الجنسية سعودية (مطلوب).
- شهادة ثانوية عامة كحد أدنى؛ يفضل دبلوم أو درجة في إدارة الأمن أو علم الجريمة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في العمليات الأمنية، ويفضل في قطاع الضيافة أو الفنادق الفاخرة أو المنتجعات الكبيرة.
- خبرة سابقة في دور إشرافي أمني تعتبر ميزة قوية.
- شهادات أساسية في الإسعافات الأولية أو السلامة من الحرائق أو الاستجابة للطوارئ تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- معرفة بأنظمة CCTV وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول والإجراءات الأمنية.
- الإلمام باللوائح المحلية للسلامة ومعايير الامتثال.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ لغات إضافية ميزة.
- القدرة على تحمل المتطلبات البدنية: البقاء نشطًا والتحرك المستمر، العمل على فترات طويلة جالسًا أو واقفًا، رفع أو نقل أحمال تصل إلى 15 كجم أحيانًا، العمل في تضاريس غير مستوية أو مساحات ضيقة.

JOB OVERVIEW
The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day security operations at FAENA, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and resort assets. The role supervises security officers, monitors patrols and surveillance systems, responds to incidents, and enforces safety procedures while maintaining a discreet, professional approach aligned with ultra-luxury hospitality standards.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Supervise daily security operations across assigned resort areas.
- Lead and monitor security officers during patrols, shifts, and post assignments.
- Ensure all access points, entrances, and restricted areas are properly controlled.
- Monitor CCTV systems, alarm systems, and security equipment to detect and respond to incidents.
- Respond promptly to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies.
- Report and document incidents accurately and escalate issues to the Security Manager when necessary.
- Conduct regular inspections of resort premises to identify safety or security risks.
- Enforce resort security policies, procedures, and access control standards.
- Assist in managing VIP guest security arrangements when required.
- Support crowd control and safety measures during events, peak periods, and special operations.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, and other departments for operational security needs.
- Ensure proper handover between shifts and maintain accurate logbook records.
- Conduct toolbox talks and briefings for security staff at the start of shifts.
- Ensure all security personnel are properly groomed, trained, and following standards.
- Assist in emergency response situations, including evacuations and drills.
- Monitor contractor, vendor, and visitor access to ensure compliance with security procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all guest and operational matters.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school diploma required; diploma or degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in security operations, preferably in hospitality, luxury hotels, or large-scale resorts.
- Prior experience in a supervisory security role is highly preferred.
- Basic certifications in first aid, fire safety, or emergency response are an advantage.
- Knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and security procedures.
- Familiarity with local safety regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
