نبذة عن الوظيفة
فني الصوتيات والمرئيات مسؤول عن تقديم خدمات صوتية ومرئية عالية الجودة بسلاسة في جميع أنحاء المنتجع، ودعم الفعاليات الفاخرة والمؤتمرات والأفراح وأماكن الترفيه ومتطلبات الضيوف كبار الشخصيات، مع ضمان تشغيل جميع أنظمة الصوتيات والمرئيات بلا عيوب وفق معايير الضيافة الفاخرة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تجهيز وتشغيل وفك المعدات الصوتية والمرئية الاحترافية للاجتماعات والمؤتمرات والأفراح والعشاء الرسمي والفعاليات الترفيهية الحية.
- تشغيل أنظمة الصوت والإضاءة والفيديو بدقة عالية أثناء الفعاليات الحية.
- ضمان الأداء الأمثل للميكروفونات ومكبرات الصوت ومزج الأصوات وأجهزة التحكم بالإضاءة وجدران LED وأجهزة العرض والشاشات.
- تقديم دعم فني محترم وسري للضيوف كبار الشخصيات والفعاليات البارزة.
- توقع احتياجات الفعاليات ومعالجة متطلبات الصوتيات والمرئيات قبل وأثناء المناسبات.
- حل المشكلات التقنية بسرعة وفعالية لتقليل أي تأثير على الضيوف.
- صيانة معدات الصوتيات والمرئيات وفق معايير خمس نجوم من حيث النظافة والسلامة والوظائف.
- التعاون الوثيق مع أقسام الفعاليات والمآدب والترفيه وتقنية المعلومات والموردين الخارجيين.
- دعم قاعات الاجتماعات وقاعات مجالس الإدارة وأنظمة الصوتيات والمرئيات في الغرف والشاشات الرقمية في المنتجع.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للمخزون والإبلاغ عن احتياجات الصيانة أو الاستبدال.
- الالتزام الصارم بمعايير العلامة التجارية للمنتجع ولوائح الصحة والسلامة.

Job Description
Role Summary
The Audio-Visual (AV) Technician is responsible for delivering seamless, high-quality audio-visual services across the resort. This role supports luxury events, conferences, weddings, entertainment venues, and VIP guest requirements, ensuring all AV systems operate flawlessly while meeting the high standards of a five-star hospitality environment.
SCOPE
- Set up, operate, and dismantle professional AV equipment for meetings, conferences, weddings, gala dinners, and live entertainment
- Operate sound, lighting, and video systems during live events with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure optimal performance of microphones, speakers, mixers, lighting consoles, LED walls, projectors, and display screens
- Provide discreet, professional on-site technical support for VIP guests and high-profile events
- Anticipate event requirements and proactively address AV needs before and during functions
- Troubleshoot technical issues quickly and effectively to minimize any guest impact
- Maintain AV equipment to five-star standards of cleanliness, safety, and functionality
- Collaborate closely with Events, Banquets, Entertainment, IT, and external vendors
- Support conference rooms, boardrooms, in-room AV systems, and resort-wide digital displays
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report maintenance or replacement needs
- Adhere strictly to resort brand standards, health, and safety regulations
