نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى الباريستا مسؤولية تحضير وتقديم القهوة والإسبريسو والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة بدقة وترحاب. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة اهتماماً ممتازاً بالتفاصيل، ومعرفة قوية بالمنتجات، والقدرة على خلق تفاعلات لا تُنسى مع الضيوف في بيئة سريعة الخطى. كما يدعم الباريستا النظافة، وإدارة المخزون، وعرض منطقة المقهى أو خدمة القهوة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحضير مشروبات الإسبريسو والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة وفقاً للوصفات والمعايير الدقيقة.
- ضمان الجودة الثابتة والتقديم الجيد والتسليم في الوقت المناسب لجميع المشروبات.
- تقديم خدمة دافئة ويقظة وذات معرفة لتعزيز تجربة الضيف.
- الحفاظ على محطة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة ومخزنة بالكامل طوال فترة الخدمة.
- مراقبة وتجديد مخزون القهوة والحليب والعصائر والمواد ذات الصلة بشكل استباقي.
- تشغيل آلات الإسبريسو والمطاحن ومعدات التخمير بأمان، والإبلاغ عن أي مشاكل فوراً.
- الالتزام بجميع معايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة والصرف الصحي.
- معالجة طلبات الضيوف والمدفوعات بدقة باستخدام نظام نقاط البيع (POS).
- إظهار معرفة قوية بحبوب القهوة وطرق التخمير والشاي والمشروبات المتخصصة للتوصية والبيع الإضافي بثقة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة كباريستا في بيئة ضيافة عالية الحجم أو فاخرة.
- معرفة بتحضير الإسبريسو والقهوة المتخصصة وتقنيات التخمير.
- فهم معايير سلامة الأغذية والنظافة والصرف الصحي.
- دراية بأنظمة نقاط البيع (POS) وإجراءات التعامل النقدي الأساسية.
- شهادة باريستا أو تدريب في مجال الضيافة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Prepare espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty beverages according to exact recipes and standards.
- Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and timely delivery of all beverages.
- Deliver warm, attentive, and knowledgeable service to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout service.
- Monitor and replenish inventory of coffee, milk, syrups, and related supplies proactively.
- Operate espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment safely, reporting any issues promptly.
- Uphold all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Process guest orders and payments accurately using the POS system.
- Demonstrate strong product knowledge of coffee beans, brewing methods, teas, and specialty beverages to confidently recommend and upsell.
- Personalize service by engaging with guests and, where appropriate, using names.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth and efficient service flow.
- Assist with setup before service and breakdown/cleaning after shifts.
- Prepare mise en place in advance to support peak service periods.
- Support onboarding of new team members by demonstrating beverage preparation and service standards.
- Maintain Faena service standards in appearance, behavior, and guest interaction.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- Previous experience as a Barista in a high-volume or luxury hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of espresso preparation, specialty coffee, and brewing techniques.
- Understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic cash handling procedures.
- Barista certification or hospitality training is an advantage.
