نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المضيف/المضيفة مسؤولية استقبال الضيوف وترحيبهم وتوجيههم إلى مقاعدهم في منافذ الطعام والفنادق (FAENA dining outlets)، وضمان تجربة arrival سلسة وأنيقة. يدير الحجوزات، وينسق توزيع الطاولات، ويضع نغمة الخدمة المتميزة وفقاً لمعايير الضيافة الفاخرة في المنتجع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الترحيب بالضيوف بحرارة فور وصولهم، مما يخلق انطباعاً أولياً إيجابياً.
- إدارة حجوزات الضيوف وقوائم الانتظار وتوزيع الطاولات بكفاءة ودقة.
- مرافقة الضيوف إلى الطاولات وتقديم القوائم مع ضمان تجربة جلوس سلسة.
- تنسيق تدفق الطاولات مع فرق الخدمة والمطبخ لتحسين السعة التشغيلية وكفاءة الخدمة.
- مراقبة جاهزية منطقة تناول الطعام ونظافتها وأجواءها قبل الخدمة وأثنائها.
- التعامل مع استفسارات الضيوف والطلبات الخاصة وتفضيلات الجلوس بمهنية.
- التواصل بفعالية مع طاقم خدمة الطعام والمشروبات حول حالة الطاولات واحتياجات الضيوف.
- المساعدة في إدارة الجلوس خلال أوقات الذروة لتقليل زمن الانتظار وضمان رضا الضيوف.
- الحفاظ على سجلات حجوزات دقيقة باستخدام نظام إدارة المطاعم.
- دعم التعرف على الضيوف VIP وضمان تطبيق معايير الخدمة الشخصية.
- التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف أو مخاوفهم بهدوء ورفعها عند الضرورة.
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير الخدمة ومتطلبات المظهر والإرشادات التقديمية.
- التنسيق مع مشرفي المطعم ومديريه لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
- المساعدة في الترويج لعروض المطعم والفعاليات والتجارب الخاصة عند الحاجة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة ثانوية عامة أو ما يعادلها مطلوبة؛ التدريب في مجال الضيافة ميزة إضافية.
- يفضل خبرة من 1-2 سنوات في خدمة الضيوف أو الاستقبال أو دور استضافة في قطاع الطعام والمشروبات.
- فهم أساسي لعمليات المطعم وإدارة تدفق الضيوف.
- الإلمام بأنظمة الحجوزات أو منصات نقاط البيع/الحجز ميزة إضافية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية مطلوبة؛ معرفة لغات إضافية ميزة إضافية.

Duties And Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, creating a positive first impression.
- Manage guest reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently and accurately.
- Escort guests to tables and present menus while ensuring a seamless seating experience.
- Coordinate table flow with service and kitchen teams to optimize seating capacity and service efficiency.
- Monitor dining area readiness, cleanliness, and ambiance before and during service.
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and seating preferences professionally.
- Communicate effectively with F&B service staff regarding table status and guest needs.
- Assist in managing peak-time seating to minimize wait times and ensure guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate reservation records using the restaurant management system.
- Support VIP guest recognition and ensure personalized service standards are upheld.
- Handle guest complaints or concerns calmly and escalate when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with service standards, grooming, and presentation guidelines.
- Coordinate with restaurant supervisors and managers to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist in promoting restaurant offerings, events, and special experiences when required.
QUALIFICATIONS DESIRED
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality training is an advantage.
- 1-2 years of experience in guest service, front desk, or F&B hosting role preferred.
- Basic understanding of restaurant operations and guest flow management.
- Familiarity with reservation systems or POS/booking platforms is an advantage.
- Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage.
