يدير هذا الدور البنية التحتية لتقنية التشغيل (OT) وخدمات الاستضافة والاتصال في شركة معادن، لضمان خدمات تقنية صناعية موثوقة وآمنة وعالية الأداء عبر المواقع. مقر العمل: السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل وصيانة خوادم OT والتخزين والافتراضية ومنصات الاستضافة وبيئات الحوسبة الطرفية عبر المواقع الصناعية.
- ضمان توافر وأداء وسعة وموثوقية أنظمة OT المستضافة بما في ذلك MES وLIMS وhistorians والعقد الطرفية.
- تنفيذ أنشطة الصيانة الدورية والتصحيح والترقية والنسخ الاحتياطي وإدارة دورة الحياة ومراقبة صحة البنية التحتية.
- ضمان أن خدمات استضافة OT تدعم استمرارية العمليات وتوفر المصنع ومتطلبات التمكين الرقمي المعتمدة.
- تشغيل وصيانة البنية التحتية لشبكة OT عبر المصنع والموقع وبيئات التحكم الصناعي.
- ضمان اتصال مستقر ومرن وآمن بين أنظمة OT وشبكات المصانع ومنصات البيانات وأنظمة المؤسسة العليا.
- تطبيق تكوينات الشبكة الموحدة ومبادئ التقسيم وأنماط الاتصال وممارسات مراقبة الأداء.
- التنسيق مع فرق الأمن السيبراني والبنية التحتية وهندسة المواقع واتصال المؤسسة للحفاظ على تكامل OT-IT موثوق.
- تنفيذ معايير البنية التحتية والاستضافة والاتصال ومنصات الحوسبة الطرفية لتقنية OT عبر المواقع والبيئات التشغيلية.
- دعم تحديث الأجهزة القديمة وأنظمة التشغيل والبيئات الافتراضية والشبكات الصناعية ومنصات OT المستضافة.
- تنفيذ ترقيات البنية التحتية بما يتوافق مع خرائط طريق OT ومعايير الهندسة ومتطلبات الأمن السيبراني وخطط جاهزية المواقع.
- تعزيز التكوينات القابلة لإعادة الاستخدام وإجراءات التشغيل الموحدة ونماذج الدعم المتسقة عبر بيئات OT.
- تنفيذ ممارسات التكرار والنسخ الاحتياطي والاستعادة ومراقبة الحوادث والمرونة التشغيلية للبنية التحتية لـ OT والأنظمة المستضافة.
- مراقبة صحة البنية التحتية والاستجابة للحوادث التي تؤثر على التوافر والأداء والموثوقية والاتصال أو خدمات OT المستضافة.
- قيادة تحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية للمشكلات المتكررة في البنية التحتية والاستضافة والاتصال الخاصة بـ OT.
- ضمان أن عمليات الدعم التشغيلي تحمي استمرارية المصنع والسلامة والمرونة السيبرانية ومستويات الخدمة المتفق عليها.
- قيادة فريق البنية التحتية والاستضافة والاتصال لـ OT في تقديم الدعم التشغيلي الموثوق ومبادرات التحسين.
- التنسيق مع فرق السحابة والاتصال والأمن السيبراني والمنصة والبيانات والتطبيقات والمواقع لحل التبعيات ومخاطر التنفيذ.
- إدارة دعم الموردين وتقديم الخدمات والتصعيد الفني ونوافذ الصيانة والتزامات تسليم البنية التحتية.
- الحفاظ على إجراءات تشغيلية واضحة ولوحات معلومات الخدمة وسجلات المخاطر واتصالات أصحاب المصلحة لخدمات البنية التحتية لـ OT.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الأتمتة، الهندسة الكهربائية، أنظمة التحكم، هندسة النظم، هندسة الحاسوب، تقنية المعلومات أو تخصص ذي صلة. يفضل درجة الماجستير.
- خبرة من 8 إلى 12 سنة في البنية التحتية لتقنية التشغيل (OT)، البنية التحتية الصناعية، الاستضافة، الاتصال، عمليات الشبكات، أو أدوار عمليات التقنية.
- خبرة عملية مع خوادم OT والتخزين والافتراضية والحوسبة الطرفية والشبكات الصناعية وMES وLIMS وhistorians وبيئات OT في المواقع.
- خبرة في قيادة الفرق التشغيلية والموردين والاستجابة للحوادث وأنشطة دورة حياة البنية التحتية ومبادرات تحسين الموثوقية في بيئات صناعية أو كثيفة الأصول.

What You Will Deliver
Manage OT Infrastructure & Hosting Operations
- Operate and maintain OT servers, storage, virtualization, hosting platforms, and edge compute environments across industrial sites.
- Ensure availability, performance, capacity, and reliability of hosted OT systems including MES, LIMS, historians, and edge nodes.
- Execute routine maintenance, patching, upgrades, backups, lifecycle management, and infrastructure health monitoring activities.
- Ensure OT hosting services support operational continuity, plant availability, and approved digital enablement requirements.
- Operate and maintain OT network infrastructure across plant, site, and industrial control environments.
- Ensure stable, resilient, and secure connectivity between OT systems, plant networks, data platforms, and upstream enterprise systems.
- Apply standardized network configurations, segmentation principles, connectivity patterns, and performance monitoring practices.
- Coordinate with cybersecurity, infrastructure, site engineering, and enterprise connectivity teams to maintain reliable OT-IT integration.
- Implement OT infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, and edge platform standards across sites and operational environments.
- Support modernization of legacy hardware, operating systems, virtualized environments, industrial networks, and hosted OT platforms.
- Execute infrastructure upgrades in line with OT roadmaps, architecture standards, cybersecurity requirements, and site readiness plans.
- Promote reusable configurations, common operating procedures, and consistent support models across OT environments.
- Implement redundancy, backup, recovery, monitoring, incident response, and operational resilience practices for OT infrastructure and hosted systems.
- Monitor infrastructure health and respond to incidents impacting availability, performance, reliability, connectivity, or hosted OT services.
- Lead root-cause analysis and corrective actions for recurring OT infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity issues.
- Ensure operational support processes protect plant continuity, safety, cyber resilience, and agreed service levels.
- Lead the OT infrastructure, hosting, and connectivity team in delivering reliable operational support and improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with cloud, connectivity, cybersecurity, platform, data, application, and site teams to resolve dependencies and execution risks.
- Manage vendor support, service delivery, technical escalations, maintenance windows, and infrastructure delivery commitments.
- Maintain clear operating procedures, service dashboards, risk logs, and stakeholder communications for OT infrastructure services.
- OT infrastructure, hosting platforms, and connectivity services operate reliably with strong availability, performance, and capacity control.
- Hosted OT systems such as MES, LIMS, historians, and edge platforms are maintained, patched, upgraded, and monitored effectively.
- Industrial network connectivity is stable, resilient, secure, and aligned with enterprise OT standards.
- Legacy infrastructure modernization and lifecycle activities are executed with minimal disruption to operations.
- Incidents are resolved quickly, recurring issues are addressed through root-cause actions, and operational resilience improves over time.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Systems Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Master’s Degree is preferred.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience in OT infrastructure, industrial infrastructure, hosting, connectivity, network operations, or technology operations roles.
- Hands-on experience with OT servers, storage, virtualization, edge compute, industrial networks, MES, LIMS, historians, and site-based OT environments.
- Experience leading operational teams, vendors, incident response, infrastructure lifecycle activities, and reliability improvement initiatives in industrial or asset-intensive environments.
