شركة معادن تبحث عن أخصائي أول لواجهات برمجة التطبيقات والتكامل (Lead Specialist, Application Programming Interface & Integration) للعمل في المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم خدمات API آمنة وقابلة للتوسع وخدمات التكامل التي تمكّن من تبادل البيانات بشكل موثوق بين الأنظمة والتطبيقات المؤسسية.
- وضع أنماط التكامل ومعايير الخدمة لضمان الاتساق والأداء وقابلية الصيانة على المدى الطويل.
- تمكين الوصول المحكوم إلى منتجات البيانات المؤسسية من خلال واجهات مستقرة وعقود خدمة.
- تطبيق ضوابط المصادقة والتفويض والتدقيق والوصول لحماية البيانات والخدمات المؤسسية.
- ضمان توافق حلول API والتكامل مع معايير حوكمة البيانات والأمان والهندسة المعمارية المؤسسية.
- الحفاظ على ضوابط دورة الحياة الفعالة عبر تصميم API ونشرها وإدارة التغيير وإيقاف الخدمة.
- تقديم خدمات تكامل عالية التوفر ومرنة تلبي متطلبات الأداء والموثوقية.
- تعزيز قابلية المراقبة من خلال المراقبة والتسجيل والمقاييس والتتبع.
- حل الحوادث الإنتاجية ودفع التحسينات المستمرة للحد من المخاطر التشغيلية وانقطاع الخدمة.
- تقديم التوجيه الفني والضمان لمبادرات التكامل والمشاريع والحلول التي يقدمها البائعون.
- التعاون مع فرق هندسة البيانات والمنصة والتطبيقات لتحقيق نتائج التكامل الشاملة.
- تمكين اعتماد API الفعال من خلال التوثيق والإعداد وإشراك أصحاب المصلحة.
- تحسين أداء التكامل وقابلية التوسع والكفاءة التشغيلية من خلال مبادرات التحسين المستمر.
- دفع فرص التوحيد القياسي والأتمتة لزيادة جودة التسليم وتقليل التعقيد.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب، هندسة البرمجيات، نظم المعلومات، أو مجال ذي صلة.
- 7-10 سنوات من الخبرة في تطوير API وهندسة التكامل في بيئات مؤسسية.
- خبرة في تقديم تكاملات إنتاجية ذات متطلبات أمنية وحوكمة قوية.
- خبرة في دعم وتحسين خدمات التكامل الحيوية للمهام.
- خبرة في التعاون عبر فرق المنصة والهندسة والهندسة المعمارية والأعمال.

What You Will Deliver API & Integration Delivery
- Deliver secure, scalable APIs and integration services that enable reliable data exchange across enterprise platforms and applications.
- Establish integration patterns and service standards that ensure consistency, performance, and long-term maintainability.
- Enable governed access to enterprise data products through stable interfaces and service contracts.
- Embed authentication, authorization, auditing, and access controls that protect enterprise data and services.
- Ensure API and integration solutions align with data governance, security, and enterprise architecture standards.
- Maintain effective lifecycle controls across API design, deployment, change management, and retirement.
- Deliver highly available and resilient integration services that meet performance and reliability requirements.
- Strengthen observability through monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing capabilities.
- Resolve production incidents and drive continuous improvements that reduce operational risk and service disruption.
- Provide technical guidance and assurance for integration initiatives, projects, and vendor-delivered solutions.
- Partner with data engineering, platform, and application teams to deliver end-to-end integration outcomes.
- Enable effective API adoption through documentation, onboarding, and stakeholder engagement.
- Improve integration performance, scalability, and operational efficiency through ongoing enhancement initiatives.
- Drive standardization and automation opportunities that increase delivery quality and reduce complexity.
