شركة GE Vernova تعلن عن وظيفة فني معالجة حرارية (Technician - Heat Treatment) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. سيكون الفني مسؤولاً عن دعم عمليات المعالجة الحرارية لمكونات التوربينات الغازية، مع التركيز على تطبيق مبادئ Lean وتحسين العمليات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تنفيذ عمليات المعالجة الحرارية وفقاً لتعليمات العمل المعتمدة ومواصفات العمليات والمتطلبات الهندسية.
  • قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق لعمليات المعالجة الحرارية.
  • تسجيل والحفاظ على بيانات العمليات والقياسات بدقة حسب المطلوب.
  • استخدام معدات المعالجة الحرارية (الأفران، المثبتات، المزدوجات الحرارية) والأدوات اليدوية بأمان وفعالية.
  • فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات المعالجة الحرارية للتأكد من مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
  • الالتزام بالعمل القياسي وأوراق العمل القياسية المدمجة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق الخط الفعال.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
  • إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق مبادئ Lean في الأنشطة اليومية.
  • المشاركة الفاعلة في أنشطة حل المشكلات وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية والإجراءات التصحيحية لمعالجة المشكلات المتعلقة بالعملية أو الجودة.
  • تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة وتقليل الهدر.
  • دعم تحسينات العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة البصرية والانضباط العملي لتعزيز تطبيق Lean.
  • المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية وإنتاجية الورشة.
  • العمل ضمن توقيت التاكت (takt time) وزمن الدورة وتدفق العملية القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
  • استخدام أنظمة وواجهات أرضية الورشة مثل ELM وSmartShop حسب الحاجة.
  • الامتثال لسياسات الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي للشركة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة كلية تقنية أو خبرة عملية مكافئة.
  • معرفة أو خبرة في مجال فني أو تصنيع أو معالجة حرارية أو صناعي.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات المعالجة الحرارية بالانتشار (diffusion heat treatment).
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات المعالجة الحرارية للمحاليل والتعتيق (solution and aging heat treatment).
  • خبرة في المشاركة في أنشطة حل المشكلات أو تحسين العمليات.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل مع مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو قطع دقيقة أخرى في مجال الطيران/الصناعة.

Job Description Summary

The Technician - Heat Treatment is responsible for supporting heat treatment operations on gas turbine components. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line.

The technician plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Heat Treatment in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and engineering requirements.

  • Read and interpret work instructions and quality forms to ensure accurate heat treatment process execution.

  • Record and maintain accurate process and measurement data as required.

  • Use heat treatment equipment, furnaces, fixtures, thermocouples, and hand tools safely and effectively.

  • Inspect parts before and after heat treatment processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.

  • Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.

  • Actively participate in problem solving, root cause analysis, and corrective action activities to address process or quality issues.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.

  • Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.

  • Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.

  • Work within takt time, cycle time, and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.

  • Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop as required.

  • Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Knowledge or experience in technician, manufacturing, heat treatment, or industrial role.

Desired Characteristics

  • Min 2 years’ experience with diffusion heat treatment processes.

  • Min 2 years’ experience with solution and aging heat treatment processes.

  • Experience participating in problem solving or process improvement activities.

  • Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.
