We Are Hiring |Architectural Engineer - Fit-Out & Finishing Works

Our company is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Engineer to join our team in the fit-out and finishing sector.

📍 Location: Saudi Arabia 

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture Engineering 

* Minimum 7 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects

* Strong site experience and ability to manage project execution professionally

* Experience in coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

* Ability to read drawings and supervise implementation details accurately

* Knowledge in project scheduling, quantities, and material follow-up

* Strong communication and team management skills

* Valid driving license is mandatory

* Experience in dealing and managing subcontractors and suppliers

* Experience in retail, hospitality, offices, or commercial fit-out projects is preferred

* Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines

* Ability to work rash projects under pressure and meet project deadlines

Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage site activities

* Ensure quality and project standards are maintained

* Coordinate with consultants, suppliers, and project teams

* Prepare daily/weekly progress reports

* Follow up on materials, manpower, and site progress

* Ensure projects are delivered on time and within required quality standards
