CEO / Co-Founder - Healthcare Commercial Growth & Strategic Partnerships

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Stage: Early-stage / pre-funding

Compensation: Equity-based until funding or sufficient revenue

Skillscaper is looking for a healthcare commercial leader who can turn a working technology into real partnerships, customers and revenue.

We are a French early-stage company developing immersive assessment and training solutions, with an initial focus on healthcare, elderly care, home care and professional workforce readiness.

Our immediate priority is to secure our first major healthcare partnerships in Saudi Arabia.

We are looking for someone who already understands the Saudi healthcare ecosystem and can open serious discussions with hospital groups, home care providers, elderly care organizations, insurers, healthcare operators, training organizations and other relevant decision-makers.

The objective is not simply to make introductions. The CEO / Co-Founder will be expected to identify real operational needs, structure the right use cases, turn discussions into collaborations or pilots, and ultimately create paying products and recurring commercial relationships.

A first partner could contribute its domain expertise, procedures, standards and real-world requirements, while Skillscaper provides the technology and builds the solution together with them.

Our platform can support assessment, professional readiness, onboarding and training, and can later expand into other sectors.

The ideal profile has:

• Strong commercial leadership experience in healthcare;
• Direct relationships with healthcare executives and decision-makers in Saudi Arabia;
• Experience developing partnerships, contracts and new revenue;
• A strong understanding of healthcare operations and customer needs;
• The ability to turn relationships into pilots, products and paying customers;
• Experience with hospital groups, home care, elderly care, insurers, healthcare providers or related organizations;
• An entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to join an early-stage company;
• The ambition to help build Skillscaper in Saudi Arabia, across the GCC and internationally.

Fundraising remains an important milestone, with a planned seed round of approximately EUR 1.4M. The CEO / Co-Founder will contribute to this process, but we believe that strong early commercial traction can materially strengthen and accelerate the fundraising.

This is a long-term leadership role. We are looking for someone who can help build the company, not simply advise it or make introductions.
