About the Role

EEC is looking for an Associate Project Manager - ELV / ICT to manage and coordinate defined project workstreams, packages, or ELV/ICT systems while supporting the Project Manager in the overall delivery of projects.

As EEC's projects are delivered across different locations, the position requires candidates who are flexible, willing, and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned project workstreams, packages, or ELV/ICT systems under the direction of the Project Manager.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor project schedules and progress for assigned scopes.
• Participate in client and consultant meetings and lead specific coordination meetings when required.
• Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, technical documentation, and approvals.
• Monitor procurement, material deliveries, manpower, and site requirements.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and outstanding activities.
• Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
• Identify project issues and escalate critical risks to the Project Manager.
• Support variations, commercial documentation, and project closeout.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in ELV / ICT projects.
• Previous experience coordinating or managing a project workstream or technical scope is preferred.
• Good understanding of project planning, execution, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
• Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Familiarity with BOQs, technical documentation, and project schedules.
• Knowledge of MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Must be willing and able to travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.

Preferred Certifications: 

PMP, CAPM, or equivalent Project Management certification is an advantage. Relevant ELV/ICT technical or HSE certifications are also considered an advantage.
