تعلن شركة GE Vernova عن وظيفة مشغل ماكينات CNC (Machinist-1) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية. يشغل هذا الدور عمليات التشغيل والإنهاء لمكونات التوربينات الغازية، مع التركيز على تطبيق مبادئ اللين (Lean) وتحسين مستمر.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تشغيل ماكينات CNC وEDM وMKG وأجهزة التلميع الآلي وفقاً لتعليمات العمل والمواصفات الفنية ومعايير الجودة.
  • قراءة وتفسير تعليمات العمل ونماذج الجودة والوثائق الفنية والرسومات الهندسية لضمان التنفيذ الدقيق.
  • تسجيل وصيانة بيانات العمليات والفحص بدقة.
  • إعداد وتشغيل ومراقبة معدات CNC وEDM والليزر والتلميع والفحص بأمان وفعالية.
  • فحص القطع قبل وبعد عمليات التشغيل والتنظيف والتلميع والفحص لضمان مطابقتها لمتطلبات الجودة.
  • الالتزام بأوراق العمل القياسية والجداول المدمجة لضمان الاتساق والجودة والسلامة وتدفق خطوط الإنتاج.
  • الحفاظ على منطقة عمل نظيفة وآمنة ومنظمة وفقاً لمعايير 5S.
  • إظهار فهم قوي وتطبيق لمبادئ اللين في الأنشطة اليومية.
  • أداء عمليات التفجير بالرمل (grit blasting) عند الحاجة.
  • تحديد وإبلاغ فرص التحسين المستمر في السلامة والجودة وزمن الدورة والتدفق وتقليل الهدر.
  • دعم تحسينات العمل القياسي وتنظيم الخط والإدارة البصرية والانضباط الإجرائي لتعزيز تطبيق اللين.
  • المساهمة في جهود الفريق لتحسين أداء الخط والكفاءة التشغيلية والإنتاجية الكلية للورشة.
  • العمل ضمن وقت التاكت (takt time) وتوقعات التدفق القياسي لدعم أهداف الإنتاج.
  • استخدام أنظمة أرضية الورشة مثل ELM وSmartShop عند الحاجة.
  • الامتثال لسياسات الجودة ومتطلبات السلامة والإجراءات المطبقة والعمل القياسي.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • دبلوم أو شهادة تقنية جامعية أو خبرة عملية معادلة.
  • معرفة في تشغيل ماكينات CNC وEDM والليزر والإنهاء أو عمليات التصنيع الصناعية ذات الصلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في عمليات التنظيف بالبخار والتفجير بالرمل والتلميع اليدوي أو الآلي للطلاء.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في العمل على مكونات التوربينات الغازية أو أجزاء الطيران/الصناعية الدقيقة الأخرى.
  • خبرة في ماكينات HAAS أو ما شابهها من نوع VTB / VTL / VFB / Lathe / Milling Machine.

Job Description Summary

The CNC Machinist is responsible for supporting machining and finishing operations on gas turbine components, including post-braze inspection, EDM, steam cleaning, grit blast preparation, vision inspection, coating polishing, and laser hole clearing processes. In addition to executing process steps safely and accurately, this role is expected to demonstrate strong Lean behaviors, actively support problem solving, maintain 5S standards, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, delivery, and productivity across the line.

The CNC Machinist plays an important role in driving overall Lean implementation by identifying improvement opportunities, supporting standard work, reducing waste, and helping improve process flow and operational performance.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Machining and operate machines such as EDM, MKG, and other CNC and auto polisher in accordance with approved work instructions, process specifications, and quality requirements.

  • Read and interpret work instructions, quality forms, technical documentation, and engineering drawings to ensure accurate process execution.

  • Record and maintain accurate process and inspection data as required.

  • Set up, operate, and monitor CNC, EDM, laser, polishing, and inspection equipment safely and effectively.

  • Inspect parts before and after machining, cleaning, polishing, and inspection processes to ensure conformance to quality requirements.

  • Adhere to Standard Work and Standard Work Combination Sheets to ensure consistency, quality, safety, and efficient line flow.

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in accordance with 5S standards.

  • Demonstrate strong understanding and application of Lean principles in daily work activities.

  • Perform grit blasting if required.

  • Identify and communicate opportunities for continuous improvement in safety, quality, cycle time, flow, and waste reduction.

  • Support improvements in standard work, line organization, visual management, and process discipline to strengthen overall Lean implementation.

  • Contribute to team efforts that improve line performance, operational efficiency, and overall shop productivity.

  • Work within takt time and standard process flow expectations to support production goals.

  • Use shop floor systems and interfaces such as ELM and SmartShop as required.

  • Comply with company quality policies, safety requirements, applicable procedures, and standard work.

Required Qualifications

  • Diploma, technical college degree, or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • Knowledge in CNC machining, EDM, laser machining, finishing, or related industrial manufacturing operations.

Desired Characteristics

  • Min 2 years’ experience with steam cleaning, grit blasting, and manual or automated coating polishing processes.

  • Min 2 years’ experience working with gas turbine components or other precision aerospace/industrial parts.

  • HAAS or similar brand of VTB / VTL / VFB / Lathe / Milling Machine experience.
