المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد التصاميم الفنية والرسومات وحساب كميات المواد لأنظمة السباكة والإطفاء مع ضمان الامتثال للكودات والمواصفات.
- مراجعة وثائق المناقصات وإعداد تقديرات التكلفة وجداول الكميات والمقترحات الفنية.
- التنسيق مع الموردين والمقاولين من الباطن للحصول على عروض أسعار دقيقة.
- دعم فرق الموقع من خلال الرد على الاستفسارات الفنية وتحديث رسومات "كما تم التنفيذ" (as-built drawings).
- المشاركة في اجتماعات الهندسة القيمية ومراجعة التصميم وضمان تقديم المناقصات والوثائق الفنية في الوقت المحدد.
- التنسيق المنتظم مع مدراء المشاريع والاستشاريين والعملاء لتوضيح المتطلبات ودعم تسليم المشروع بنجاح.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- يفضل درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية (هندسة القوى الميكانيكية).
- خبرة في مجال مسح الكميات (QS) والمناقصات والتقدير لأنظمة السباكة والإطفاء.
- القدرة على العمل في الدمام وإدارة مواعيد تسليم متعددة.
- القدرة على التعاون بفعالية ضمن فريق متعدد التخصصات.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات تقنية قوية في تصميم وتنفيذ أنظمة السباكة والأعمال المتعلقة بالأنابيب.
- مهارات خدمة العملاء والتواصل الواضح مع العملاء والاستشاريين والفرق الداخلية.
- معرفة بالكودات الدولية والمحلية ذات الصلة (مثل NFPA وكودات السباكة) والمعايير الصناعية.
- إتقان برامج CAD وMS Office لإعداد الرسومات والتقارير ووثائق المناقصات.
- خبرة في المناقصات والتقدير وإعداد المقترحات الفنية لمشاريع البناء أو مشاريع الأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة (MEP).

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam for a Plumbing & Fire Fighting Technical Office & Tender Engineer. The role involves preparing technical designs, drawings, and material take-offs for plumbing and fire fighting systems, ensuring compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project specifications. The engineer will review tender documents, prepare cost estimates, bills of quantities, and technical proposals, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate quotations. Daily tasks include supporting site teams with technical queries, updating as-built drawings, participating in value engineering and design review meetings, and ensuring timely submission of tenders and technical documentation. The role also requires regular coordination with project managers, consultants, and clients to clarify requirements and support successful project delivery.

Qualifications

- Experience in QS, Tendering & Estimation of Plumbing and fire fighting systems.
- Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including clear communication with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Power Engineering is preferred.
- Knowledge of relevant international and local codes (e.g., NFPA, plumbing codes) and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office for drawings, reports, and tender documentation.
- Experience in tendering, estimation, and technical proposal preparation for construction or MEP projects.
- Ability to work at Dammam, manage multiple deadlines, and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
