Role Description The Last Mile - Delivery Station Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah. In this role, the associate will handle incoming shipments, sort and scan packages, prepare delivery routes, and ensure accurate staging of shipments for drivers. The associate will support day-to-day station operations, including loading and unloading vehicles, maintaining organized storage areas, and monitoring shipment status in the system. The role includes communicating with drivers and internal teams to resolve delivery issues, supporting integration of new processes and tools, and upholding safety and quality standards. The associate will contribute to a high-performance environment by following standard operating procedures and helping ensure timely and reliable deliveries for customers.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to respond to inquiries and support a positive end-customer experience.
• Teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with station staff, drivers, and other internal stakeholders.
• Basic integration and process-adoption skills to support implementation of new tools, systems, and operational workflows.
• Basic recruiting or onboarding support skills are a plus, especially for helping integrate new team members into station operations.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics, operations, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or last-mile delivery is preferred.
• Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods, while following safety guidelines.
• Comfort with using handheld scanners and basic digital systems for tracking and reporting.
• Attention to detail, time management, and reliability in meeting operational targets and schedules.
