Role Description This is a full-time Construction Manager role based in Giza, with a hybrid work arrangement that allows some work from home. The Construction Manager will oversee on-site construction activities, coordinate contractors and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specified quality standards. Responsibilities include planning project phases, managing schedules, monitoring costs, and implementing construction safety practices. The role also involves reviewing technical drawings, resolving day-to-day site issues, reporting progress to stakeholders, and maintaining clear documentation and communication across all project participants. The Construction Manager will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to support efficient, compliant, and safe project execution.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong supervisory skills to lead site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and manage daily construction operations.
• Candidates should possess budgeting and project control skills to plan costs, track expenditures, and manage schedules and resources effectively.
• Candidates should possess construction and construction safety skills to interpret plans, oversee technical work, and maintain safe, compliant job sites.
• Relevant academic background in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience managing construction projects, preferably in commercial or infrastructure settings.
• Proficiency in project management tools and basic office software, with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of local building codes, regulatory requirements, and industry standards in Egypt is an advantage.
