نبذة عن الوظيفة
هذه وظيفة كاملة الوقت وحضورية (on-site) في الرياض. سيتولى الباريستا إعداد وتقديم مجموعة من القهوة والمشروبات الأخرى، وتحضير الوجبات الخفيفة، وضمان مطابقة جميع المنتجات لمعايير الجودة. تشمل المهام اليومية تلقي طلبات العملاء، تشغيل معدات القهوة، الحفاظ على مساحة عمل نظيفة ومنظمة، إعادة تخزين المواد، ومعالجة المدفوعات بدقة. يتفاعل الباريستا مع الضيوف، ويجيب عن الاستفسارات حول القائمة، ويقدم خدمة عملاء ودودة وفعالة. كما يتعاون مع الفريق، ويتبع إرشادات الصحة والسلامة، ويدعم إجراءات الفتح والإغلاق حسب الحاجة.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- مهارات قوية في التعامل مع العملاء ومهارات التعامل مع الآخرين.
- إجادة أو اهتمام بمهارات الباريستا، بما في ذلك تحضير المشروبات وتقنيات صنع القهوة.
- مهارات تواصل واضحة ومهنية للتفاعل مع العملاء والزملاء.
- مهارات أساسية في تحضير الطعام وفهم معايير النظافة والسلامة.

- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability, attention to detail, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
