تعلن شركة القدية عن توفر فرصة وظيفية شاغرة بمسمى أخصائي - النمذجة المالية - إدارة الأصول، في مدينة الرياض، للعمل ضمن فريق إدارة الأصول لدعم التحليل المالي والذكاء التشغيلي وإعداد التقارير عبر محفظة أصول مرافق التنس والترفيه (NTC).
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- يدعم الأخصائي فريق إدارة الأصول من خلال التحليل المالي، والذكاء التشغيلي، وإعداد تقارير الأداء، والرؤى المستندة إلى البيانات عبر محفظة أصول مرافق التنس والترفيه (NTC) في القدية.
- يلعب دوراً رئيسياً في مراقبة استخدام المرافق، والأداء التجاري، والكفاءة التشغيلية، ونتائج تجربة الضيوف عبر عمليات الفعاليات وغير الفعاليات.
- يدعم إعداد الميزانيات، والتنبؤات، وتقارير مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية، ومراقبة الامتثال، ومبادرات الذكاء التجاري لتحسين أداء المرافق والفعاليات.
- يشترط أن يكون المتقدم في بداية مسيرته المهنية، مع قدرة تحليلية قوية، وفضول، وشغف بالرياضة والترفيه والمرافق الكبرى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- دعم النمذجة المالية والذكاء التشغيلي وتحليل الأداء عبر محفظة NTC.

- تحليل استخدام المرافق وأداء البرامج وتوليد الإيرادات والاتجاهات التشغيلية.

- مراقبة مقاييس الأداء التشغيلي والتجاري وتجربة الضيوف عبر المرافق والفعاليات.
- دعم تقارير أداء المشغلين ومراقبة الامتثال وتتبع الحوكمة.
- دعم إعداد دراسات الجدوى الاقتصادية وتقييمات الجدوى ومبادرات التحسين التشغيلي.
- الحفاظ على سلامة البيانات التشغيلية والمالية عبر الأنظمة ومنصات إعداد التقارير.
- إعداد التقارير والعروض التقديمية وملخصات الأداء لأصحاب المصلحة من القيادة.
- دعم أنشطة إدارة المخاطر وتقارير الامتثال والإعداد للمراجعة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر وأتمتة التقارير وتحسين الأنظمة.
- التعاون مع فرق العمليات والمالية والتجارية وإدارة الأصول لدعم اتخاذ القرارات المتكاملة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في المالية، الاقتصاد، المحاسبة، إدارة الأعمال، تحليل البيانات أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في التحليل المالي، التقارير التشغيلية، الذكاء التجاري أو أدوار تحليلية ذات صلة.
- خبرة أو اهتمام قوي بمجالات الرياضة، الترفيه، المرافق، الضيافة أو الفعاليات الكبرى (مفضل).
- إجادة قوية لبرنامج Excel ومهارات تحليلية مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
- خبرة في النمذجة المالية أو التقارير التشغيلية أو تطوير لوحات المعلومات (مفضل).
- فهم أساسيات إعداد الميزانيات وتقارير مؤشرات الأداء وتحليل الأداء التجاري.
- قدرة قوية على التواصل وإعداد العروض التقديمية.

Requirements
- Support financial modelling, operational intelligence and performance analysis across the NTC portfolio
- Provide insights to optimise venue utilisation, commercial performance and operational efficiency
- Analyse venue utilisation, programming performance, revenue generation and operational trends
- Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis activities
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards, KPI reporting and business intelligence tools
- Monitor operational, commercial and guest experience performance metrics across venues and events
- Assist with operator performance reporting, compliance monitoring and governance tracking
- Support preparation of business cases, feasibility assessments and operational improvement initiatives
- Maintain integrity of operational and financial data across systems and reporting platforms
- Prepare reports, presentations and performance summaries for leadership stakeholders
- Support risk management, compliance reporting and audit preparation activities
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, reporting automation and systems optimisation
- Collaborate across venue operations, finance, commercial and asset management teams to support integrated decision-making
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics or related discipline
- 2-3 years' experience in financial analysis, operational reporting, business intelligence or related analytical roles
- Experience or strong interest in sport, entertainment, venues, hospitality or major events environments preferred
- Strong Excel and analytical capability with attention to detail
- Experience in financial modelling, operational reporting or dashboard development preferred
- Understanding of budgeting, KPI reporting and commercial performance analysis
- Strong communication and presentation capability
- Ability to work across cross-functional operational and commercial teams in a fast-paced environment
- Curiosity, initiative and passion for sport, entertainment and live experiences
- Experience with reporting systems, visualisation tools or business intelligence platforms is advantageous
