Role Description The Facilities & Infrastructure Manager - Tilal Al-Shorouq Logistics Business Park is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and optimization of all park facilities and infrastructure, including utilities, common areas, circulation routes, and safety systems. The manager coordinates preventive and corrective maintenance, supervises service providers and contractors, and ensures compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental requirements. This position also monitors infrastructure performance, manages incident response and emergency readiness, and collaborates with tenants and internal stakeholders to address operational needs and service levels. The manager contributes to long-term planning, budget management, and continuous improvement initiatives to support the park’s strategic positioning as a leading logistics destination.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong facilities and infrastructure management skills, including oversight of utilities, building systems, site services, and maintenance planning.
• Candidates should possess experience in logistics, industrial parks, or large-scale real estate projects, with understanding of warehousing operations, heavy-duty transport needs, and site circulation.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of health, safety, and environmental standards, including compliance with local building codes, civil defense requirements, and emergency preparedness.
• Candidates should possess project management and contractor coordination skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and performance monitoring for multiple service providers.
• Candidates should possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with tenants, regulators, and internal teams.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in engineering, facilities management, architecture, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working in Saudi Arabia or the GCC region, with familiarity of local regulations and standards, is an advantage.
