Role Description The IT Engineer with SAP role is a full-time, on-site position based in Dammam. This role is responsible for maintaining and supporting SAP systems and related IT infrastructure to ensure reliable operation across manufacturing, logistics, and administrative functions. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting technical issues, managing user accounts and access, and coordinating SAP changes and updates with relevant stakeholders. The IT Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze process requirements, implement system enhancements, and provide end-user support and training. The role also involves ensuring data integrity, performing regular backups, and supporting cybersecurity, compliance, and documentation activities.

• Strong SAP knowledge (e.g., SD, MM, PP, FI/CO or similar modules) and experience supporting SAP in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Solid IT infrastructure skills, including Windows servers, networks, hardware troubleshooting, and basic database and backup management.
• Ability to analyze business processes, translate requirements into technical solutions, and document configurations and procedures clearly.
• Competence in user support, training, and incident management, with a focus on service quality and timely resolution of issues.
• Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and readiness to work on-site in Dammam in a factory environment.
• Experience in ERP implementation or upgrades, basic understanding of cybersecurity practices, and prior work in the plastics or construction materials sector are considered an advantage.
