About the Role:

To manage a self-directing, multi-functional team in the manufacture and packaging of infant formula products while maintaining internal and regulatory standards and continuously improving production efficiencies in a safe manner.

Potential candidates must meet the requirements mentioned below:

• To hold a bachelor’s degree in dairy / food technology.
• 5 years of experience in powdered infant formula manufacturing and packing. 
• 2 years of experience at supervisory level reporting to plant manager.
• Knowledge in Fast Moving Consumer Goods industry.
• Computer literate to the level of being able complete pre-formatted spread sheets.
• Working knowledge of ISO9000 / ISO 22000 quality standards.
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of pasteurization, evaporation, drying, blending and packing.
• Ability to lead and manage multinational work force.
• Clear communication ability.
• Must be dynamic self-motivated person.
• Ability to deal with complex issues.
• Ability to direct. • Ability to get things done.
