يعلن مستشفى الملك فيصل التخصصي ومركز الأبحاث (الرياض) عن توفر وظيفة استشاري أورام الجهاز البولي التناسلي والجهاز الهضمي (Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology) للانضمام إلى كوادره الطبية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المسؤول الطبي تشخيص وعلاج الأمراض والحالات الطبية، وتقديم الرعاية الطبية في تخصص أورام الجهاز البولي التناسلي والجهاز الهضمي وفقاً للوائح وسياسات المستشفى.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم رعاية طبية عالية الجودة للمرضى في جميع جوانب أورام الجهاز البولي التناسلي والجهاز الهضمي وفقاً للصلاحيات السريرية المعتمدة.
- تقديم الاستشارات (في أقسام المرضى الداخليين والعيادات الخارجية وطوارئ وغيرها من أماكن المرضى) والاستجابة في الوقت المحدد وفقاً لسياسات المنظمة.
- إنجاز التقارير الطبية بدقة وكفاءة وفي الوقت المناسب.
- تقديم خدمة المناوبة وضمان التوفر والاستجابة ضمن الإطار الزمني المحدد.
- إجراء الجولات الصباحية اليومية لتحديد المرضى الجاهزين للخروج، والتأكد من إصدار أوامر الخروج خلال 24 ساعة قبل المغادرة.
- أداء أي مسؤوليات سريرية أخرى ذات صلة بالتخصص كما يُكلف بها.
- تقديم التوجيه والتدريب السريري والإشراف للمتدربين والمقيمين والزملاء حسب التكليف.
- المشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية والبرامج التدريبية للقسم، والمشاركة في المؤتمرات الطبية المحلية والدولية.
- الحفاظ على المعرفة المهنية وتعزيزها ومتطلبات التعليم المستمر.
- المشاركة في مشاريع البحث السريري والأساسي والترجمة وفقاً لسياسات مجلس الاستشارات البحثية لتعزيز المعرفة وتحسين جودة التعليم العالي والمساهمة في الاعتراف المحلي والدولي بالمنظمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- التخرج من كلية طب معتمدة، وإكمال فترة التدريب المطلوبة في التخصص و/أو التخصص الدقيق، مع شهادة البورد العربي أو الأمريكي، أو عضوية و/أو زمالة في الولايات المتحدة و/أو كندا أو ما يعادلها.
- سبع (7) سنوات من التدريب في التخصص أو التخصص الدقيق، بالإضافة إلى خبرة تدريبية بعد التخرج لا تقل عن سبع (7) سنوات في التخصص الدقيق.

Summary
Responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of medical diseases and conditions, as well as the provision of medical care in the field of Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology in accordance with current medical staff bylaws, rules and regulations and the Hospital’s policies and procedures.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties
Clinical Responsibilities
- Provides high quality patient care in all aspects of Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology according to his/her approved clinical privileges.
- Provides consultation (inpatient, outpatient emergency room, other patient areas) upon request and responds in a timely manner within the prescribed timeframe as outlined in the organization policy.
- Responsible for the timely completion, competencies, accuracy and eligibility of the medical report.
- Provides on-call service and ensures availability and response time with the prescribed time within the prescribed timeframe in accordance with hospital policy.
- Conducts daily morning rounds to identify patients ready for discharge. Ensures that discharge orders are within 24 hours prior to discharge.
- Performs any other clinical responsibilities related to Genitourinary & Gastrointestinal Oncology as assigned.
- Provides orientation, bedside training and supervision to interns, residents and fellows as assigned.
- Participates in Department’s educational activities and training programs. Partakes in national and international medical conferences.
- Maintains and enhances professional knowledge and continuing education requirements.
- Participates in clinical, basic and translational research projects in accordance with Research Advisory Council Policy in order to advance knowledge, improve the quality of postgraduate education and contribute to the national and international recognition of the organization.
Education
Graduation from an accredited medical school, completion of required period of training in speciality and/or subspecialty, with Arab or American Board certificate, membership and/or fellowship status in the United States and/or Canada or their equivalent.
Experience Required
Seven (7) years of training in specialty or subspecialty plus postgraduate training experience must be equal or to exceed seven (7) years’ experience in the subspecialty.
