شركة غانم تبحث عن صانع محتوى ومحرر فيديو للعمل في الرياض، السعودية. يجمع الدور بين الكتابة الإبداعية والتصوير والمونتاج مع فهم متعمق لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وأحدث الاتجاهات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إنشاء محتوى جذاب لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي مثل Instagram وSnapchat وTikTok.
- تصوير مقاطع Reels وShorts وقصص ومحتوى آخر باستخدام الهاتف الذكي.
- تحرير وإنتاج فيديوهات عالية الجودة وجاهزة للنشر.
- متابعة أحدث اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي واقتراح أفكار تتماشى مع هوية غانم التجارية.
- العمل عن كثب مع فريق التسويق لتنفيذ خطة المحتوى الشهرية.
- تحسين المحتوى وتطويره بناءً على أدائه وتفاعل الجمهور.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنة في مجال إنشاء المحتوى أو إنتاج الفيديو.
- إتقان أدوات تحرير الفيديو مثل CapCut وVEED وCanva أو ما يشابهها.
- فهم قوي لمنصات التواصل الاجتماعي وآليات عمل خوارزمياتها.
- حس إبداعي ممتاز وقدرة على كتابة محتوى جذاب.

We're looking for a passionate Content Creator & Video Editor who combines creative writing, filming, and video editing with a strong understanding of social media and current trends.
You should be able to turn ideas into engaging videos that capture attention and communicate the message clearly.

Responsibilities
- Create engaging content for social media platforms, including Instagram, Snapchat, and TikTok
- Film Reels, Shorts, Stories, and other social content using a smartphone
- Edit and produce high-quality videos that are ready to publish
- Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest ideas that align with Ghanem's brand
- Work closely with the Marketing team to execute the monthly content plan
- Improve and optimize content based on performance and engagement
- At least 1 year of experience in content creation or video production
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, VEED, Canva, or similar
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
- Strong creative sense and ability to write engaging content
- Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
- A portfolio or examples of previous content work
- Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to on-camera content
- Strong presence and personality that adds value to the content
- Experience creating UGC or face-led content
