شركة AECOM، إحدى شركات الاستشارات الهندسية الرائدة عالمياً، تعلن عن شاغر وظيفي في موقع مكة جدة بالسعودية لمسمى "Senior Manager - Construction" لإدارة مشاريع البناء الشاهقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن إدارة وإشراف مشاريع البناء الشاهقة، ووضع أهداف وسياسات وإجراءات خاصة بالمشروع تتماشى مع معايير وأفضل ممارسات PMC.
- تقديم التوجيه الإداري الاستراتيجي للمديرين والمشرفين التابعين، وفرض سياسات الشركة والمشروع، والعمل كحلقة وصل رئيسية بين الشركة والعملاء وفِرق التصميم في المشاريع المعقدة متعددة الطوابق.
- الإشراف على جميع جوانب بناء المشاريع الشاهقة لضمان الامتثال لمواصفات التصميم، وقيود الميزانية، ومتطلبات الجدول الزمني من خلال المديرين والمشرفين وشركاء المقاولات؛ الاستفادة من الخلفية التصميمية لتنسيق التكامل بين التصميم والبناء وحل تحديات البناء المرتبطة بالتصميم.
- إدارة المشاريع طوال دورة الحياة الكاملة - بدءاً من إعداد الميزانية والجدولة قبل البناء، مروراً بتنسيق التصميم، والمشتريات، وتطوير الرسومات التنفيذية (shop drawings)، وإدارة طلبات المعلومات (RFIs)، وتنفيذ البناء، وتسليم المساحات، وإغلاق العقود. إدارة اجتماعات تنسيق التصميم وضمان التكامل السلس بين النية التصميمية والتنفيذ الميداني.
- تحمل مسؤولية هامة عن الربح/الخسارة لمشاريع البناء الموكلة، مع إدارة التعقيدات الخاصة بالبناء الشاهق مثل الخدمات اللوجستية الرأسية، بروتوكولات السلامة، والتنسيق متعدد المراحل النموذجي لمشاريع PMC المُدارة.
- التنسيق مع فِرق التصميم والاستشاريين لمعالجة مشكلات قابلية البناء، وفرص الهندسة القيمية (value engineering)، والتعديلات التصميمية مع الحفاظ على سلامة الجدول الزمني للمشروع والميزانية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- - المتطلبات الأساسية: - درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة البناء، أو الهندسة المدنية، أو الهندسة المعمارية، أو مجال ذي صلة. - خبرة لا تقل عن 20 عاماً متدرجة في إدارة البناء، منها 10 سنوات على الأقل في إدارة مشاريع بناء شاهقة أو متعددة الطوابق. - خبرة مثبتة في إدارة دورة حياة المشروع بالكامل، تشمل مرحلة ما قبل البناء، وتنسيق التصميم، والمشتريات، وتنفيذ البناء، والإغلاق. - خبرة مؤكدة في التكامل بين التصميم والبناء (design-build) والتنسيق بين النية التصميمية والتنفيذ الميداني. - معرفة قوية بمعايير وممارسات وبروتوكولات إدارة مشاريع البناء (PMC). - إتقان استخدام برامج إدارة البناء وأدوات التحكم في المشاريع. - مهارات قيادة وإدارة فريق ممتازة مع خبرة في الإشراف على عدة مديرين ومشرفين وشركاء مقاولات. - قدرة مالية قوية مع مسؤولية مؤكدة عن إدارة الربح/الخسارة (P&L) على مشاريع كبيرة الحجم. - مهارات استثنائية في التواصل وإدارة العلاقات مع الأطراف المعنية. - المتطلبات المفضلة: - درجة متقدمة (ماجستير إدارة أعمال أو ماجستير في إدارة البناء). - شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها من شهادات إدارة المشاريع. - اعتماد LEED أو شهادة استدامة. - خبرة في تخطيط الخدمات اللوجستية الرأسية والتنسيق المعقد متعدد المراحل. - خلفية في التخصصات التصميمية (هندسة معمارية أو هندسة مدنية) مع تطبيق في البناء. - خبرة في إدارة مشاريع مع AECOM أو شركات تصميم/هندسة كبيرة مماثلة. - الإلمام بنمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM) وأساليب تسليم المشاريع المتكاملة. - سجل حافل بالنجاح في الهندسة القيمية (value engineering) وحل مشكلات قابلية البناء.

Job Description
**Responsibilities:**
- Responsible for the overall management and administration of high-rise construction projects, establishing project-specific objectives, policies, and protocols aligned with PMC standards and best practices.
- Provides strategic management and guidance to subordinate managers and supervisors, enforces company and project policies, and serves as the primary liaison between AECOM, clients, and design teams on complex multi-story developments.
- Oversees all facets of high-rise project construction to ensure compliance with design specifications, budget parameters, and schedule requirements through subordinate managers, supervisors, and trade partners; leverages design background to coordinate design-build integration and resolve design-related construction challenges.
- Administers projects throughout the complete lifecycle-from pre-construction budgeting and scheduling through design coordination, procurement, shop drawing development, RFI management, construction execution, space turnover, and contract closeout. Manages design coordination meetings and ensures seamless integration between design intent and field execution.
- Maintains significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction projects while managing the complexities inherent to high-rise construction, including vertical logistics, safety protocols, and multi-phase coordination typical of PMC-managed developments.
- Coordinates with design teams and consultants to address constructability issues, value engineering opportunities, and design modifications while maintaining project schedule and budget integrity.
**Required Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 20 years of progressive construction management experience, with at least 10 years managing high-rise or complex multi-story construction projects
- Proven experience with full project lifecycle management, including pre-construction, design coordination, procurement, construction execution, and closeout
- Demonstrated expertise in design-build integration and coordination between design intent and field execution
- Strong knowledge of PMC (Project Management Company) standards, practices, and protocols
- Proficiency in construction management software and project controls tools
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with experience supervising multiple managers, supervisors, and trade partners
- Strong financial acumen with demonstrated P&L management responsibility on projects of significant scale
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Advanced degree (MBA or Master's in Construction Management)
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification
- LEED accreditation or sustainability certification
- Experience with vertical logistics planning and complex multi-phase coordination
- Background in design disciplines (architecture or engineering) with construction application
- Experience managing projects with AECOM or similar large design/engineering firms
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) and integrated project delivery methods
- Track record of successful value engineering and constructability problem-solving
