Key Responsibilities

1. Provides support for activities related to supporting organizational units by providing indicators, intelligent analysis, data, studies, and advanced analytical inputs and tools.
2. Provides support for activities related to supporting the organization’s organizational units in achieving their strategic objectives by providing indicators, intelligent analysis reports, data, and studies.
3. Ensures the mechanism for implementing data collection activities and building data warehouses to conduct the necessary analyses.
4. Provides support for activities related to providing a historical and current view of operations, using the data available in the data warehouse in addition to operational data.
5. Provides support for activities related to supporting senior management in the organization in making data-driven decisions.
6. Ensures activities related to supporting the exchange of information, publications, and scientific and research statistical studies with the organization’s internal departments, government entities, and private institutions.
7. Supervises the mechanism for reviewing available data and information to identify and interpret any useful patterns or trends in complex datasets.
8. Provides support for activities related to training end users on methods and methodologies for interpreting and analyzing different datasets.
9. Provides support for activities related to managing and providing information technology components for business projects that identify, design, and implement innovative solutions in the fields of technology and business intelligence/analytics solutions.
10. Supervises the mechanism for coordinating with the Data Management Office regarding data sources and the management of the data being displayed, in order to implement data handling policies.
11. Provides support for activities related to data processing, tracking key performance indicators, and identifying trends and insights based on the data that has been processed and analyzed.
12. Provides support for activities related to implementing procedures for extracting, preparing, and loading data from a variety of sources using various technologies.
13. Supervises the mechanism for identifying common practices through data analysis, collecting the analysis reports delivered to developers, and following up on the results.
14. Ensures that data quality analyses are conducted, data is interpreted, and results are analyzed using statistical techniques.
15. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
16. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in a relevant field.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or any related field.
