Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Welder/Fabricator role based in the Riyadh Region. The welder/fabricator will cut, shape, and assemble metal components for concrete mixers, block machines, and related construction equipment according to technical drawings and specifications. Daily tasks include performing different welding processes, setting up and maintaining welding equipment, and inspecting finished welds for structural integrity and quality standards. The role involves working closely with production and maintenance teams to support equipment fabrication, repairs, and modifications, while following safety procedures and factory guidelines. The welder/fabricator will also assist in troubleshooting fabrication issues and contribute to continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Welding skills, including experience with Arc Welding and general fabrication.
• Candidates should possess skills in TIG Welding and MIG Welding for working with diverse metal thicknesses and complex assemblies.
• Candidates should possess knowledge of Materials relevant to industrial fabrication, including steel types and their properties.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and welding symbols.
• Experience in industrial or construction equipment fabrication is preferred.
• Commitment to workplace safety, use of personal protective equipment, and adherence to factory safety standards.
• Good manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team-oriented production environment.
• Vocational training or certification in welding or metal fabrication is an advantage.
