Key Responsibilities

1. Assists in implementing activities related to troubleshooting and resolving daily network problems and proactively monitoring events that affect the service and network, in addition to conducting basic tests of the organization’s infrastructure and technology.
2. Prepares what is required to proactively monitor and identify events that affect the service and network.
3. Coordinates activities for addressing matters related to the organization’s digital services, applications, and infrastructure.
4. Assists in the activities of managing the continuous monitoring of the organization’s network components around the clock and throughout the year.
5. Analyzes what is required for error handling and escalation activities by identifying, responding to, and recording faults in the organization’s systems and networks, and collaborating with external service providers to resolve them.
6. Prepares what is required to develop reports on network performance and potential opportunities and possibilities for improvement.
7. Prepares what is necessary for activities related to conducting basic tests of the organization’s technical infrastructure.
8. Analyzes what is required for activities to ensure the management of the capacity of technical devices and components and their proper utilization.
9. Assists in activities related to continuously monitoring the capacity of wired and wireless networks and ensuring the availability of their requirements.
10. Prepares periodic reports on the department’s activities and achievements and proposals for improving its performance.
11. Complies with the organization’s work controls and conduct, cybersecurity policies, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.
12. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology or any related field.
