Role Description The Electrical Technician role is a full-time, on-site position based at the Lahore facility. The Electrical Technician will perform routine and preventive electrical maintenance on production machinery and plant infrastructure to minimize downtime and ensure safe operations. Responsibilities include inspecting and testing electrical equipment, diagnosing faults, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with engineering and maintenance teams. The role involves installing, repairing, and calibrating electrical components and systems, maintaining accurate maintenance records, and following safety standards and company procedures. The Electrical Technician will also support continuous improvement initiatives, assist during equipment upgrades, and coordinate with production staff to resolve electrical problems efficiently.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in electrical maintenance and troubleshooting for industrial equipment.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of electricity and electrical engineering principles relevant to manufacturing environments.
• Candidates should possess experience working with a range of electrical equipment, including motors, control panels, and instrumentation.
• Technical diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing facilities, ideally in paper, packaging, or process industries.
• Knowledge of safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and compliance with local electrical codes.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in shifts when required.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
