We’re Hiring: Tendering & Estimation Engineer

ENEVO Arabia is looking for an experienced Tendering & Estimation Engineer to join our team in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Reporting to the Tendering Manager, the selected candidate will manage the end-to-end preparation of technically compliant, commercially competitive, and risk-balanced proposals for energy and industrial EPC projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Review tender documents, technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and contractual requirements.
• Prepare detailed technical and commercial cost estimates.
• Develop RFQs and obtain competitive quotations from OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Perform technical and commercial bid evaluations.
• Identify scope gaps, risks, qualifications, exclusions, and value-engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate tender inputs across engineering, procurement, projects, finance, legal, and QHSE.
• Prepare tender summaries, risk registers, management approval packages, and final proposals.
• Support client clarifications, negotiations, and post-award handover.
• Maintain accurate tender and estimation data through ERP systems.
• Professionally utilize AI tools to improve tender analysis, data extraction, proposal preparation, and quality control.

Required qualifications and experience:

• B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant engineering discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in tendering, estimation, proposals, or EPC project costing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven energy-sector experience in Transmission & Distribution, substations, process and industrial automation, and electrical and instrumentation projects.
• Direct experience with Saudi Aramco and Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) is required.
• Experience with SABIC, Ma’aden, HADEED, or other major industrial clients is highly preferred.
• Hands-on ERP experience and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Professional proficiency in utilizing AI-based productivity and analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Saudi market, supported by an established network of OEMs, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic fluency is highly preferred.
