تعلن شركة BDI Saudi عن توفر وظيفة IT Specialist في مكتبها بالرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نبحث عن متخصص تقنية معلومات عملي للانضمام إلى مكتب الرياض. سيكون مسؤولاً عن صيانة البنية التحتية لتقنية المعلومات، ودعم المستخدمين النهائيين، وضمان أمان وموثوقية الأنظمة الداخلية. المرشح المثالي هو شخص يحل المشكلات وينجح في بيئة سريعة الخطى ويستمتع بالعمل عبر الأجهزة والبرمجيات والمنصات السحابية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تثبيت وتكوين وصيانة الأجهزة والبرمجيات وأنظمة الشبكات
- تقديم الدعم الفني من المستوى الأول والثاني للموظفين
- إدارة حسابات المستخدمين، صلاحيات الوصول، وتجهيز الأجهزة
- مراقبة أداء النظام وحل الأعطال فوراً
- تنفيذ سياسات أمن تقنية المعلومات وأفضل الممارسات
- التنسيق مع الموردين الخارجيين ومقدمي الخدمات
- صيانة توثيق الأنظمة والإجراءات والأصول
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو تقنية المعلومات أو مجال ذي صلة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في دور دعم تقنية المعلومات أو الإدارة
المهارات المطلوبة
- معرفة قوية بأنظمة Windows وmacOS والشبكات والخدمات السحابية (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- إلمام بأساسيات الأمن السيبراني وحماية نقاط النهاية
- مهارات ممتازة في حل المشكلات والتواصل
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية؛ اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية
- الشهادات المهنية ذات الصلة (CompTIA، Microsoft، Cisco) تعد ميزة إضافية

We are seeking a hands-on IT Specialist to join our Riyadh office. You will be responsible for maintaining our IT infrastructure, supporting end users, and ensuring the security and reliability of our internal systems. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across hardware, software, and cloud platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and device provisioning
- Monitor system performance and resolve incidents promptly
- Implement and enforce IT security policies and best practices
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Maintain documentation of systems, procedures, and assets
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an IT support or administration role
- Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, networking, and cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace)
- Familiarity with cybersecurity fundamentals and endpoint protection
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus
- Relevant certifications (CompTIA, Microsoft, Cisco) are an advantage
