We’re Hiring | Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Specialist to join our team and contribute to planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior, preferences, and market trends.
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns to promote brands and products.
• Manage and coordinate digital, social media, email, and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, vendors, and event partners to ensure successful campaign execution.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Support content creation, creative briefs, and campaign summaries.
• Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and company vision.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to achieve marketing objectives.
• Maintain confidentiality of marketing data and strategic information.
• Perform other marketing-related activities as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in marketing or a similar role.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in campaign management, marketing analytics, or creative content development is preferred.
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media, or Content Marketing are a plus.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Creativity and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM, Google Ads, and web analytics tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
