المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم تقارير مباشرة إلى أخصائي أمن SOC وتنفيذ المهام التشغيلية الموكلة وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة في مركز عمليات الأمن بموقع AMP-2.
- مراقبة أنظمة كاميرات المراقبة (CCTV) وأنظمة التحكم في الدخول والإنذار وغيرها من منصات الأمن للحفاظ على الوعي الظرفي المستمر ورفع الظروف غير الطبيعية فورًا.
- استقبال وتقييم وتوثيق وإبلاغ معلومات الطوارئ وغير الطوارئ وفقًا لإجراءات التصعيد المقررة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحوادث وسجلات النشاط ووثائق الطوارئ والتقارير التشغيلية.
- إعداد تقارير الحوادث وتقارير تسليم المناوبات والوثائق الداعمة لمراجعة الإدارة.
- تنسيق الاتصالات مع أفراد الأمن الميداني والإدارات الداخلية والمستجيبين للطوارئ والجهات الخارجية أثناء المواقف الروتينية والطارئة التي تؤثر على عمليات AMP-2.
- مراقبة الحالة التشغيلية لأنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الاتصالات وأجهزة الراديو ومعدات الطوارئ الاحتياطية وغيرها من تقنيات الأمن في AMP-2، والإبلاغ عن أي أعطال فورًا.
- الحفاظ على قوائم الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ والسجلات التشغيلية ووثائق إدارة الطوارئ لدعم استمرارية الأعمال في AMP-2.
- جمع المعلومات التشغيلية والتحقق منها ونقلها لدعم الاستجابة للحوادث والتنسيق في حالات الطوارئ داخل AMP-2.
- دعم أنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ من خلال الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال وتوفير التحديثات التشغيلية في الوقت المناسب.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الأفراد الميدانيين والجهات المعنية الداخلية بشكل مهني وفي الوقت المناسب.
- اتباع خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ وإجراءات إدارة الأزمات والإجراءات التشغيلية القياسية المطبقة على AMP-2.
- تحديد وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن الحوادث الأمنية والمشكلات التشغيلية وأعطال المعدات والثغرات الأمنية في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الأمنية والتحقيقات والأنشطة التشغيلية.
- إظهار الاحترافية والعمل الجماعي والمساءلة والتواصل الفعال مع المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف SOC التشغيلية.
- أداء المهام التشغيلية الأخرى التي يكلف بها أخصائي SOC أو إدارة SOC.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة الزمالة مع 6+ سنوات من الخبرة ذات الصلة.
- سنتان من الخبرة في خدمات الطوارئ أو عمليات الإرسال أو عمليات SOC أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات APCO (مرشح بقوة) بما في ذلك فني اتصالات السلامة العامة أو اتصالات خدمات الإطفاء أو الإرسال الطبي الطارئ.
- المعرفة والخبرة في مراقبة CCTV ويفضل أن تكون مدعومة بالتدريب أو الشهادة المناسبة.
- الإلمام بالقواعد واللوائح والسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وعمليات المصانع العامة.
- إجادة اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (تحدثًا وكتابة).

Position Overview
Supports daily SOC operations by monitoring CCTV, access control, alarm, and communication systems; receiving emergency and non-emergency calls; assessing incidents; and coordinating appropriate response actions. Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the SOC Security Specialist and perform assigned operational duties in accordance with established SOC procedures at AMP-2.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms to maintain continuous situational awareness and escalate abnormal conditions promptly.
- Receive, assess, document, and communicate emergency and non-emergency information in accordance with established escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, emergency documentation, and operational reports.
- Prepare incident reports, shift handover reports, and supporting documentation for management review.
- Coordinate communications with field security personnel, internal departments, emergency responders, and external stakeholders during routine and emergency situations affecting AMP-2 operations.
- Monitor the operational status of CCTV, access control, communication systems, radios, emergency backup equipment, and other security technologies at AMP-2, and report malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain emergency contact lists, operational records, and emergency management documentation to support business continuity for AMP-2 operations.
- Collect, verify, and relay operational information to support incident response and emergency coordination within AMP-2.
- Support emergency response activities by maintaining effective communication and providing timely operational updates.
- Respond to requests from field personnel and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow established emergency response plans, crisis management procedures, and SOC Standard Operating Procedures applicable to AMP-2.
- Identify, document, and report security incidents, operational issues, equipment failures, and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Maintain the confidentiality of security information, investigations, and operational activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and effective communication while contributing to SOC operational objectives.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned by the SOC Specialist or SOC Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to different levels of personnel.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable in supporting shift-based SOC operations.
- Knowledge of emergency communication technologies, CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm systems, and SOC best practices within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, incident logs, and operational documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with security teams, internal departments, and external response agencies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive security information and operational matters.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and escalation protocols accurately.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry, electronic reporting, and operation of SOC-related systems.
- Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in Emergency Services, Dispatch Operations, SOC operations, or a related field.
- APCO certifications are preferred, including Public Safety Telecommunicator, Fire Service Communications, or Emergency Medical Dispatch.
- Knowledge and experience in CCTV monitoring, preferably supported by relevant CCTV training or certification.
- Familiarity with applicable rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and general manufacturing plant operations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in private security operations, SOC operations, emergency dispatch, or a related environment is preferred.
