تعلن شركة Lucid Motors Middle East عن توفر وظيفة "أخصائي أمن مشارك - مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC)" في السعودية. يعمل هذا الدور على دعم العمليات اليومية لمركز عمليات الأمن من خلال مراقبة أنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول والإنذار والاتصالات، واستقبال المكالمات الطارئة وغير الطارئة، وتقييم الحوادث، وتنسيق إجراءات الاستجابة المناسبة. تهدف الوظيفة إلى ضمان التصعيد في الوقت المناسب، وتوثيق دقيق للحوادث، والتواصل الفعال مع العاملين الميدانيين وأصحاب المصلحة، والامتثال لإجراءات المركز لضمان بيئة تشغيل آمنة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم التقارير مباشرة إلى أخصائي أمن SOC وتنفيذ المهام التشغيلية الموكلة وفقًا للإجراءات المتبعة في المركز.
- مراقبة أنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الإنذار ومنصات الأمن الأخرى للحفاظ على الوعي الظرفي المستمر ورفع التقارير عن الظروف غير الطبيعية فورًا.
- استقبال وتقييم وتوثيق وإبلاغ المعلومات الطارئة وغير الطارئة وفقًا لإجراءات التصعيد المعتمدة.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة للحوادث وسجلات الأنشطة ووثائق الطوارئ والتقارير التشغيلية.
- إعداد تقارير الحوادث وتقارير تسليم الوردية والوثائق الداعمة لمراجعة الإدارة.
- تنسيق الاتصالات مع أفراد الأمن الميدانيين والإدارات الداخلية والمستجيبين للطوارئ وأصحاب المصلحة الخارجيين أثناء المواقف الروتينية والطارئة التي تؤثر على عمليات AMP-2.
- مراقبة الحالة التشغيلية لأنظمة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الاتصالات وأجهزة الراديو ومعدات الطوارئ الاحتياطية وتقنيات الأمن الأخرى في AMP-2، والإبلاغ عن الأعطال فورًا.
- الحفاظ على قوائم الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ والسجلات التشغيلية ووثائق إدارة الطوارئ لدعم استمرارية الأعمال لعمليات AMP-2.
- جمع المعلومات التشغيلية والتحقق منها ونقلها لدعم الاستجابة للحوادث والتنسيق في حالات الطوارئ داخل AMP-2.
- دعم أنشطة الاستجابة للطوارئ من خلال الحفاظ على التواصل الفعال وتقديم تحديثات تشغيلية في الوقت المناسب.
- الاستجابة لطلبات العاملين الميدانيين وأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين بطريقة مهنية وفي الوقت المناسب.
- اتباع خطط الاستجابة للطوارئ المعتمدة وإجراءات إدارة الأزمات وإجراءات التشغيل القياسية الخاصة بمركز عمليات الأمن المطبقة على AMP-2.
- تحديد وتوثيق والإبلاغ عن الحوادث الأمنية والمشكلات التشغيلية وأعطال المعدات والثغرات الأمنية في الوقت المناسب.
- الحفاظ على سرية المعلومات الأمنية والتحقيقات والأنشطة التشغيلية.
- إظهار الاحترافية والعمل الجماعي والمساءلة والتواصل الفعال أثناء المساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المركز التشغيلية.
- أداء المهام التشغيلية الأخرى التي يكلف بها أخصائي SOC أو إدارة المركز.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة مشارك (Associate degree) مع خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في خدمات الطوارئ أو عمليات الإرسال (Dispatch) أو عمليات مركز عمليات الأمن (SOC) أو مجال ذي صلة.
- شهادات APCO (بما في ذلك اتصالات السلامة العامة أو اتصالات خدمات الإطفاء أو الإرسال الطبي الطارئ) مفضلة.
- معرفة وخبرة في مراقبة CCTV ويفضل أن تكون مدعومة بتدريب أو شهادة ذات صلة.
- الإلمام بالقواعد واللوائح والسياسات والإجراءات المعمول بها وعمليات المصنع العامة.
- إتقان اللغتين العربية والإنجليزية (شرط أساسي).
- مهارات تواصل شفهية وكتابية قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- خبرة في عمليات الأمن الخاص أو عمليات مركز عمليات الأمن أو الإرسال في حالات الطوارئ أو بيئة ذات صلة مفضلة.

- مهارات قوية في التواصل الشفهي والكتابي مع القدرة على تقديم المعلومات بوضوح واحترافية لمختلف المستويات.
- الموثوقية والالتزام بالمواعيد والاعتمادية في دعم العمليات التشغيلية بنظام الورديات.
- معرفة بتقنيات الاتصال في حالات الطوارئ ومراقبة CCTV والتحكم في الدخول وأنظمة الإنذار وأفضل الممارسات في مركز عمليات الأمن ضمن بيئة تصنيع.
- القدرة على البقاء هادئًا ومهنيًا وفعالًا تحت الضغط.
- القدرة على إعداد تقارير دقيقة وسجلات الحوادث والوثائق التشغيلية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق الأمن والإدارات الداخلية ووكالات الاستجابة الخارجية.
- مستوى عالٍ من النزاهة والسرية عند التعامل مع المعلومات الأمنية الحساسة والمسائل التشغيلية.
- القدرة على اتباع التعليمات والإجراءات وبروتوكولات التصعيد بدقة.

Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Report directly to the SOC Security Specialist and perform assigned operational duties in accordance with established SOC procedures at AMP-2.
- Monitor CCTV, access control, alarm systems, and other security platforms to maintain continuous situational awareness and escalate abnormal conditions promptly.
- Receive, assess, document, and communicate emergency and non-emergency information in accordance with established escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate incident logs, activity records, emergency documentation, and operational reports.
- Prepare incident reports, shift handover reports, and supporting documentation for management review.
- Coordinate communications with field security personnel, internal departments, emergency responders, and external stakeholders during routine and emergency situations affecting AMP-2 operations.
- Monitor the operational status of CCTV, access control, communication systems, radios, emergency backup equipment, and other security technologies at AMP-2, and report malfunctions immediately.
- Maintain emergency contact lists, operational records, and emergency management documentation to support business continuity for AMP-2 operations.
- Collect, verify, and relay operational information to support incident response and emergency coordination within AMP-2.
- Support emergency response activities by maintaining effective communication and providing timely operational updates.
- Respond to requests from field personnel and internal stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.
- Follow established emergency response plans, crisis management procedures, and SOC Standard Operating Procedures applicable to AMP-2.
- Identify, document, and report security incidents, operational issues, equipment failures, and security vulnerabilities in a timely manner.
- Maintain the confidentiality of security information, investigations, and operational activities.
- Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, accountability, and effective communication while contributing to SOC operational objectives.
- Perform other operational duties as assigned by the SOC Specialist or SOC Management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to different levels of personnel.
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable in supporting shift-based SOC operations.
- Knowledge of emergency communication technologies, CCTV monitoring, access control, alarm systems, and SOC best practices within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and effective under pressure.
- Ability to prepare accurate reports, incident logs, and operational documentation.
- Ability to work collaboratively with security teams, internal departments, and external response agencies.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive security information and operational matters.
- Ability to follow instructions, procedures, and escalation protocols accurately.
- Proficient computer skills, including data entry, electronic reporting, and operation of SOC-related systems.
- Associate degree with 6+ years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of experience in Emergency Services, Dispatch Operations, SOC operations, or a related field.
- APCO certifications are preferred, including Public Safety Telecommunicator, Fire Service Communications, or Emergency Medical Dispatch.
- Knowledge and experience in CCTV monitoring, preferably supported by relevant CCTV training or certification.
- Familiarity with applicable rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and general manufacturing plant operations.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Strong oral and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Experience in private security operations, SOC operations, emergency dispatch, or a related environment is preferred.
