Key Responsibilities

1. Assists in preparing and reviewing studies, executive summaries, and insights on strategic topics, and providing recommendations to leadership.
2. Participates in and supports strategic initiatives and projects, and oversees their implementation. Plans, develops, and implements evaluations for strategic initiatives, evaluates their impact in light of the specified objectives, analyzes deviations, and recommends the course of action.
3. Keeps abreast of the latest trends in the area of specialization, identifies continuous improvement initiatives for operational processes, and oversees the implementation of these initiatives.
4. Collects, studies, and analyzes experiences and practices related to policy development, studies the possibility and feasibility of benefiting from them, and applying the appropriate ones.
5. Analyzes the energy system and the extent to which internal and external factors affect the overall framework of work policies, presents them to the concerned parties, and prepares the policies in their final form.
6. Develops, reviews, and implements the leadership's strategic relations strategy and plan, and activates the relationship with government and private entities.
7. Prepares specialized documents and reports, provides appropriate recommendations and suitable solutions, presents them, and clarifies them.
8. Provides specialized opinions, memoranda, reports, and studies on various matters related to specialized consulting affairs of interest to leadership.
9. Plans and conducts the research and surveys requested by leadership.
10. Follows up on the implementation of work and leadership decisions with the concerned parties from within and outside the organization.
11. Adheres to the organization's policies, work behaviors, and procedures of the organizational unit.
12. Performs any other tasks assigned by direct supervisors.

Required Experience

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in any field related to the job.
