Role Description The Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaker) is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing social media channels for Trifid Media and its influencers. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling Arabic and English content, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring performance metrics. The role involves collaborating with creators and internal teams, responding to audience interactions, and ensuring brand voice consistency across platforms. The Social Media Manager will also stay up to date with social media trends, propose new content formats, and prepare regular performance reports and insights to guide strategy.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multi-platform accounts.
• Proficiency in Content Strategy and Writing, including developing engaging, culturally relevant content in Arabic and English.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with influencers, clients, and cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and strong command of English; experience in the MENA digital landscape is highly beneficial.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to refine campaigns and report on performance.
• Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms).
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
