Job Summary

The Supervisor - Fit-Out supports the execution and supervision of all tenant fit-out activities at Red Sea Mall across both pre-opening and post-opening phases. Working under the guidance of the Leasing and Operation , this role ensures effective on-site coordination, compliance with approved designs, timely inspections, and smooth communication with contractors and tenants.

The role is integral in ensuring the technical delivery of retail spaces aligns with mall standards, local regulations, and operational requirements. The Supervisor also acts as a liaison between internal departments, contractors, and tenants to monitor fit-out progress, document activities, and provide timely updates.

Key Accountabilities

Fit-Out Execution Support

• Assist in supervising ongoing tenant fit-out activities to ensure work aligns with approved designs, specifications, and timelines.
• Conduct daily site visits, prepare progress reports, and flag any issues or deviations to the Fit-Out Manager.
• Coordinate minor site requirements including utility connections, access requests, and inspections.

Design & Documentation Coordination

• Review and comment on shop drawings and material submittals under the direction of the Fit-Out Manager.
• Maintain accurate documentation of contractor submissions, approval logs, inspection reports, and site photos.
• Ensure updated fit-out drawings and records are archived in project folders and digital systems (e.g., Yardi).

Stakeholder & Contractor Communication

• Act as the first point of contact for tenant contractors on site-related queries.
• Coordinate site meetings, inspection schedules, and snagging activities with tenants, consultants, and mall engineering teams.
• Communicate mall policies and safety procedures clearly to all fit-out stakeholders.

Safety & Quality Monitoring

• Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site in accordance with mall and local authority regulations.
• Monitor housekeeping, contractor compliance, and corrective actions for non-compliance.
• Support incident investigations and reporting when needed.

Operational & Handover Support

• Prepare snag lists and assist with inspections for project handover.
• Monitor the readiness of units for tenant operations (HVAC, fire alarm, finishes, etc.).
• Ensure that tenants receive necessary support and documentation for smooth store openings.
