🏛️ Key Responsibilities:

1. Expertise in Luxury Materials & Advanced Interfaces:

 Material Junctions & Detailing: Master the seamless integration of contrasting luxury materials (e.g., marble-to-wood transitions, custom metal trims, silk wallcoverings meeting stainless steel profiles) with flawless shadow gap and reveal details.

 Waterjet Marble & Intricate Mosaics: Direct supervision over complex, waterjet-cut marble layouts, ensuring precise vein-matching, zero-tolerance pattern alignment, and high-end polishing finishes.

 Specialized Glass Systems: Oversee the installation of high-end glass solutions, including Fabric Laminated Glass, antique glass, and smart/custom architectural glass, protecting delicate inner layers during installation.

 Custom Joinery & Silk Wallcoverings: Supervise the precise installation of bespoke joinery, wall paneling, meticulous surface preparation, and the delicate application of silk wallcoverings and fabric paneling.

2. Site Design Adaptability & Architectural Flair:

 On-Site Value Engineering & Design Adjustments: Leverage a keen aesthetic judgment to identify design discrepancies on-site, proposing instant, practical engineering solutions to resolve constructability issues while maintaining the design's artistic intent.

 Zero-Defect Quality Control (QC): Execute rigorous quality checks at every project stage, ensuring strict compliance with approved Shop Drawings and luxury hospitality/residential standards.

3. Site Management, Time & Cost Optimization:

 Schedule Acceleration: Streamline site operations to compress project schedules and achieve fast-track delivery without sacrificing craftsmanship.

 Material & Cost Optimization: Implement smart material handling strategies to minimize high-value material waste and improve overall project margins.

 Technical Coordination: Utilize AutoCAD for real-time shop drawing reviews/adjustments and MS Project / Primavera for precise progress tracking and resource management.

🎯 Required Qualifications & Skills:

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural or Civil Engineering.

 Experience: 5 to 8+ years of hands-on site management experience specifically within High-End Luxury Interior Fit-Out projects (Ultra-Luxury Residential, Hospitality, or Commercial).

 Technical Craftsmanship: Deep technical knowledge of fabric-laminated glass, waterjet marble mosaics, silk wallcoverings, and bespoke joinery installation techniques.

 Software Proficiency: Expert in AutoCAD and project planning tools (MS Project / Primavera).

 Key Traits: A sharp eye for detail, strong leadership, sharp problem-solving capabilities, and a refined sense of design aesthetics.
