مقدر التكاليف هو دور كامل الوقت وموقعي في منطقة الرياض، مسؤول عن إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف لمشاريع الإعلان والإنتاج الإعلامي. يشمل ذلك تحليل متطلبات المشروع، مراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية، وحساب تكاليف المواد والعمالة والمعدات للافتات، الأكشاك، وحملات الطباعة الرقمية. يعمل المقدر بشكل وثيق مع فرق المبيعات والتصميم والإنتاج لدعم التسعير التنافسي وإعداد الميزانيات والمقترحات.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد تقديرات دقيقة للتكاليف بناءً على تحليل متطلبات المشروع ومراجعة الرسومات والمواصفات الفنية.
- حساب تكاليف المواد والعمالة والمعدات الخاصة باللافتات والأكشاك والطباعة الرقمية.
- التعاون مع فرق المبيعات والتصميم والإنتاج لدعم وضع الأسعار التنافسية وإعداد الميزانيات والمقترحات.
- مراقبة اتجاهات التكاليف وتحديث معدلات الوحدات وقواعد بيانات التكاليف بشكل دوري.
- دعم التحكم في التكاليف أثناء تنفيذ المشاريع.
- تقديم تفصيلات واضحة للتكاليف لأصحاب المصلحة الداخليين والعملاء.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في الهندسة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال أو مجال ذي صلة (يُفضل).
- خبرة في مجال الإعلان، اللافتات، البناء، التصنيع أو الصناعات ذات الصلة (ميزة إضافية).
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات إدارة التكاليف والتحكم فيها لإعداد ومراجعة وصيانة هياكل التكاليف بدقة.
- مهارات تقدير المشاريع وإعداد الميزانيات لإعداد تقديرات مفصلة وموازنات وتوقعات مالية.
- مهارات تحليلية قوية لتفسير المستندات الفنية، تقييم المخاطر، مقارنة عروض البائعين، وتحسين التكاليف.
- إتقان استخدام برامج مايكروسوفت إكسل وبرامج وأدوات تقدير التكاليف.

The Cost Estimator collaborates closely with sales, design, and production teams to support competitive pricing, budget preparation, and proposal development. Daily activities include monitoring cost trends, updating unit rates and cost databases, supporting cost control during project execution, and providing clear cost breakdowns to internal stakeholders and clients.
Qualifications

Qualifications
- Cost Management and Cost Control skills to develop, review, and maintain accurate project cost structures.
- Project Estimation and Budgeting skills to prepare detailed estimates, budgets, and financial forecasts for advertising and production projects.
- Strong Analytical Skills to interpret technical documents, assess risks, compare vendor quotations, and optimize overall project costs.
- Proficiency with MS Excel and cost estimation software or tools.
- Experience in advertising, signage, construction, manufacturing, or related industries is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams on-site.
