تدعوكم شركة نستله (مصانع المياه - مصنع المنهل) لشغل وظيفة مشغل في مصنع المنهل - المدينة المنورة، المدينة الصناعية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
المسؤول عن تنفيذ عمليات تشغيل الآلات وتشغيل مجموعة متنوعة من الماكينات في بيئة إنتاجية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التحقق من كميات المواد الخام ومواد التعبئة المستلمة من المستودع وفقًا لأمر الإنتاج لتجنب أي توقف أو تأخير.
- إجراء اختبارات لضمان عمل الماكينات بكفاءة أثناء الإنتاج.
- تعلم واتباع إجراءات التشغيل القياسية للخط.
- مراقبة معدات الخط ومعايير التشغيل وتقديم تقارير الأعطال في حالة حدوث أي خلل.
- المشاركة/ قيادة المراجعة التشغيلية لكل وردية لمناقشة الإنجازات والمشكلات التشغيلية.
- التحقق من تاريخ الإنتاج ورقم الدفعة المطبوع على الزجاجات.
- أخذ عينات من معالجة جودة المياه وتحليلها باستخدام الأدوات والمعدات المخصصة للتأكد من تحقيق نتائج مرضية.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة وتنفيذ الصيانة الوقائية والتصحيحية للمعدات.
- مساعدة مسؤول السلامة في التفتيش الدوري لمعدات المصنع والمرافق وتسجيل المخالفات أو المخاطر المحتملة واتخاذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
- إجراء التنظيف الكيميائي لمعدات التصنيع.
- مراقبة جميع ماكينات استهلاك المياه في جميع أنحاء المصنع.
- القدرة على استخدام أجهزة التنقل في المستودعات لإجراء معاملات المواد على نظام ERP.
- الالتزام برحلة الصفر نفايات بما في ذلك العمالة والمواد والماكينات.
- الالتزام بقواعد وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بشركة نستله أثناء أداء المهام لضمان سلامتك وسلامة الآخرين.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- المعرفة الجوهرية بالمبادئ العشرة والمعرفة المتخصصة في مجالات المسؤولية.
- درجة دبلوم مشارك في العلوم العامة / الأحياء / الكيمياء / الكهرباء والميكانيكا / الصناعة أو التصنيع.
- خبرة من 1 إلى 4 سنوات في مجال التصنيع، ويفضل في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات أو قولبة النفخ والبلاستيك والحقن والملصقات (blow molding, injection & labelling).

Nstlé Waters KSA - Almanhal Water Factory (Position based in Almanhal Water Factory - Almadinah Al munawarah, Industrial City)
Main Purpose of Job
Responsible for performing machine tending operations, operating a variety of machines in a production environment
Key Responsibilities:
Check the quantities of raw & Packaging materials received from the warehouse as per the production order to avoid any breakdown or delay
Perform testing procedures to ensure that machine work optimally during production.
Learn and follow and the standard operation procedure for the line
Monitor the line equipments and parameters and submit fault reports in case of abnormality.
Participate/ Lead shiftly operational review to discuss operational achievements and issues.
Verify the production date, batch number printed on the bottles.
Perform water quality treatment sampling and analysis using designated tools and equipment’s for the task to ensure confirm satisfactory results of treatment
Maintain accurate logs, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment
Assist Safety Officer with regular safety inspections of plant equipment, facilities and record violations or potential hazards and take corrective action
Conduct Chemical Cleaning for manufacturing equipment’s.
Monitoring for all water-consuming machines all over the factory.
Ability to use warehouse mobility devices for the purpose of material transactions on ERP system
Adherence to the zero waste journey including Man, Materials, and machine
Adhere to the Nestle safety rules and procedure while performing duties to ensure your own safety and others
Qualifications & Requirements:

- Core knowledge of the 10 Principles and expert knowledge in our areas of responsibility.
- Associate degree in General Sciences/ Biology / Chemistry / electro mechanics / industrial or manufacturing
- 1 - 4 years of manufacturing experience preferably in Food And beverage sector/or plastic blow molding, injection & labelleing.
